Placed an online order and went to pick up the order from the location. Upon receiving my order, I realized they put ranch on it instead of Alfredo sauce which threw off the whole taste. I bring it back inside and tell them they didn’t make it right. The manager said it would be another 30 min wait to remake it. This is today on a Friday night and they only have 2 people working the kitchen so I understand the wait. What I don’t understand is that even an hour later they did not even start making the pizza. This whole time Im watching as multiple people are getting upset with longer than expected wait times and multiple people (4 others not including myself) end up leaving or canceling their order. I ask for a refund and the manager is unable to give me a receipt. I tell him then give me the pizza to which he said he can’t do. I already paid for a pizza and I was not leaving without one, even if it was made wrong. I ask for corporate number to which he provided but I’ll also be making a complaint online as well and leaving this review. This location needs to be better staffed and needs better training.

Well, it’s been a week an the situation hasn’t been rectified. So, on 7/15/23, I paid for items. From an online order through papa johns, I only received half of the order. Called the manager the next day, an received one of the missing items. But still was missing about $10 of items.

I ordered for carry out, the pizza had a nice golden crust appearance, there were no dough bubbles, toppings spread evenly, and tomato sauce quantity was good. My pizza was well done, it had extra cheese , and cut into squares – it tasted Delicious! I also ordered the fudge brownies and they were cooked through. The service was good, the clerk promptly came to the window. Restaurant appearance was a little run down, all of the lights didn’t seem they were on/working. The only thing I would change is the parking lot, it was neat but gave me ominous vibes. But all-in-all, I give the food execution High Fives!!!Good food trip, just next time I’ll bring a buddy to keep the motor running.. just in case I gotta get outta there, lol.

Deanna works the phone for orders & is very nice. I told her, “I just had three pizzas delivered. They are the best pizzas that I had in a long time.
