Delivered hot, fresh, and delicious as always. Ordered pizza to have delivered to the hospital. Our delivery was later than quoted, however, still about an hour from when we ordered, so a standard delivery time. Walter, the delivery driver, called to apologize for the later delivery and wanted to let me know the pizza was on its way. Appreciate the great service and Walter taking the initiative to call with an update. This small gesture changed what could have been a hangry family not getting any update to one who was happy to wait. Thank you Walter for your great customer service. Definitely will order from again.

We had the worse experience at this Papa Johns. I placed and order online at 5:45 pm with a delivery expectation of 9:32 pm. I decided to call and change to pick up and the person who answered the phone ( a very obnoxious young man) advised me to leave me number and a manager would call me. Gave my number and went back online and changed to pick up. Called their customer service line to verify how long it would take for pick up and they transferred me back to the store. A woman answered she was friendly and confirmed it was switched to pick up and would be ready in 25 minutes. My son got there 20 minutes later and they didn’t have our order ready. He waited another 15 minutes and still no pizza. They stop helping him and he sat there for another 10 minutes when I called to see what the issues were. The gentleman asked for my number again and I told him I didn’t want a manager but to know where was our order. He said what did I expect him to do and I said tell me my status. An hour and a half later we get a cold pizzas they were sitting there the entire time. SMH this is the first and last time we go to this establishment, we are new to the area and thought all Pappa John employees had the same service, I miss my location in the heights. The owner should come order a pizza under another name so he/she can see how their employees speak to customers. If possible I would have given zero stars but not an option. Paid $47 for horrible pizzas that I ended picking up

Would rate a $0 if possible. This location’s performance is so bad that the Papa John’s corporate headquarters will not even respond to complaints about it. Have given this location 3 chances and 2/3 resulted in my delivery being shown in the app as completed, but no pizza delivered. The store manager refused to look into it and hung up on me. Have had to dispute charges with credit card company to receive a refund the store is so unwilling to help.

Only order from this place if you want your pizza to come with the wrong sauce, missing ingredients and no garlic/butter dipping sauce. I had to wait a long time for my pizza to get delivered just to get the wrong order. Look at the tag. I’m pretty sure this is not Alfredo sauce…

Terrible service. Ordered at 6:35 pm and was supposed to arrive by 7:35 pm. As of 8 pm, we have yet to receive our order. Please do not order from Papa John’s. There are much better alternatives.

Decided to try a new pizza got the hatch chili topping big mistake. The topping was so excessive it made half of my pizza soggy and it was cold. Also took nearly 2 hours to deliver one pizza. Asked to talk to a manager finally got a hold of the manager and got no apology didn’t seem to care just asked if I would like a new pizza or a refund. Poor quality and management skills.
