I usually order from this location but last Thursday was my last. I put in an order that evening never received it. I called three times. The first time was to let them know to call me when they arrive, the second time I called checking for their location I was told there was traffic in which it’s after 9 pm going on 9:30. I called a third time no answer because it was closed. I literally stay about 5 to 10 minutes away.

We ordered the garlic parmesan wings, a 15 piece buffalo wing, and giant extra cheese extra pepperoni baked to the edge’ Shaq pizza…. Well lol the photos speak for themselves…. They offered to give me credit for a replacement pizza but said the GM would have to handle our issue. And when somebody orders a 15 piece they expect to receive more than 2 flats. Not cool papa John…..

I just got off the phone with Riley whom I believe said he was a manager. 2 Feb, 2023 I placed an order for Papa John’s store #4513 for $148.61 for my department at work. The power went out at their store along with Company not far from them so we never recieved our order. We have ordered for probably ten years for my company’s address, so I am guessing it would be this location every time with no issue. I have called almost every other week asking about our refund.

I ordered $61.00 dollars of food and I didn’t get my order I called and they told me my order was on the way its taking longer because it was a busy day so I waited a little longer then I called back and the delivery driver proceeded to go back and fourth with me saying he delivered my order to two SMALL KIDS!!!!!! then I asked who was the manager on duty his name was MARLON and he told me there was nothing he can do about my order he said that he couldn’t redo my order or give me a full refund then as I’m speaking to him he sounds real nonchalant like he really doesn’t want to fix the problem really complaining about his job words out his mouth mama I just really want to go home I’ve done a 13 hour shift then he said he voided my order i will never order from this place again

I went back to complain and get my pizza remade but the guy working kept arguing with me that it’s supposed to be that way and that’s how the pizza comes. Manager is the most rude individual i have ever encountered. I tried explaining my situation about being allergic to green peppers and he hung up the phone. Claims his name to be Bob. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Did not bother helping or coming up with a solution. I suggest anyone to never order from here, and i will be reporting this to the corporate store. I ordered my food around 6:30pm or so. It’s 10pm and still no food. I talked to the person on the phone, not sure who he was, on the tracker food said delivered…it definitely was not. I tried calling back after I was told, “he promised to call back after he got a hold of the delivery driver”, and every time after that conversation, they kept just hanging up on my or leaving me on hold. Will be calling corporate and or the store owner as well as disputing the charge on my account. Absolutely USELESS employees at this location. Next time call or check ID TO VERIFY THE PERSON GETTING THE FOOD. They should all be fired.
