I ordered three pizzas( 2 regular and 1 thin crust) and when I got home there were two thin crust. I called them and the lady on the phone tried to tell me that it was a regular crust but they had to trim it- I explained I could tell a difference between the two crust. After seeing I wasn’t happy with the service she finally offered to exchange for what I ordered. I’m not trying to get free food but it felt like I was being punished for their mistake. Why do I have to drive again to exchange the pizza they made the mistake on or why couldn’t they offer a refund. The customer service was beyond horrible and then the fact they tried to make me feel stupid with the difference between the two crust. Can’t say I will order from here again. It’s worth making the extra drive for better service

Horrible! The manager Julie is rude, incompetent and a liar. She canceled our order without permission and did not remedy the situation at all. She was unprofessional and did not care. Lied about calling us, and leaving a message.Will never order again. 1 star because I could not give a zero. Customer Service is a joke, they will never get my money again. Only want to appear like they are being helpful just to make more money and not follow through on making customers happy.

This Papa John’s location is actually the closest to my home, however I’m not able to order delivery from here due to how they divide up the area. so I order take out from this location as it’s never given me any trouble and the food has always been hot/fresh. I’ve had several issues with the Humble location that they force me to get delivery from and I will never order from that location ever again. Night and day difference in quality. I wish Papajohn’s would allow me to get delivery from here.

I will never support or buy pizza from this Papa John’s at 13075 W Lake Houston Pkwy, Houston, TX 77044, again. I ordered my pizza at 12:09 pm on Sunday, February 14, 2021. I requested delivery. The lady taking the order said 30 to 45 minutes. I said ok. I called back 1 hour later. No pizza. The supervisor total me that the driver had one more to deliver before mine. And it will be about another 15 minutes or more before he could deliver my two pizzas. Granted I only liver 5 minutes away from Papa John’s. So I told her that was ok. I didn’t want the pizza unless she could remake them both. After going back and forth with the supervisor, she agreed that she would remake the two pizzas. I then told her I would pick the pizzas up. I picked up the pizzas and when I got home I couldn’t believe what I tasted and seen once I bit into my slice of pizza. The pizzas were not fresh pizzas. The pizzas were burnt under the crust. She reran the pizzas back through the pizza oven. And told me my pizzas were ready. Never again.
