We ordered pizza & indicated we would pay cash. The driver arrived indicating he was not provided a bank by his manager to provide change of $8. So basically I had to make a decision to let him take the pizza back or take the pizza and let him keep my $8 as a tip. I would have tipped him, but he and the manager (on the phone) did nothing courteous to satisfy me as a customer for the huge inconvenience that the family member who was actually paying would be gone before the driver could go get his change and return with it. They went ahead & brought my change back with a rude “$8, correct?” No I apologize or nothing..Again, it was just bad overall customer service and experience.

The manager, who refused to give me HER name, called me yelling and saying do not ever call again. She is retaliation against me bc THEY incorrectly made my order. I called customer service and the district manager reached out about the bad customer service. Now bc of this, the manager is purposely screwing up on my orders. This last time she called me on Aug 6, 2023 around 10:45am yelling at me. She had no reason to call and wake me up yelling. That is totally unacceptable and I will proceed with this matter. Instead of her LISTENING to what the issue is, she cut me off. The calls ARE recorded. I would never recommend this location ever. My order looked stale, dried out, over cooked and the garlic sauce was open. It was spilled all over the pizzas, the box was wet bc of the sauce. I told her this as well. It looked like some one purposely opened the sauce and dashed it all in the box. Instead of making it right, she tells me it’s nothing they can do. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION ON JONES AND WEST ROAD. HEALTH IS A CONCERN. MY FOOD LOOKED LIKE IT WAS TAMPERED WITH. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

This place seems to want to trash the entire Papa John’s franchise business. Excruciating slow service (e.g. 90+ minutes for a pizza) with spectacularly bad results. The heath dept and/or Papa John’s corporate needs to shut them down.

I wished 0 stars was an option because today’s delivery was one of the worst. I ordered a large pizza and chicken poppers and the delivery person rang my door bell and just left my order on my door step. It didn’t even take me 10 seconds to answer the door and the delivery person already burnt off. I looked down at my order and saw a smashed in pizza box that looked like it was stepped on. No wonder why the driver drove off fast because they delivered a trampled and dented pizza. When I called Papa John’s the manager explained that the weight of the cold chicken poppers caused the dent on the pizza box and for the pizza to be damaged. That was probably the worst excuse because no chicken poppers could do that. Buyer beware because their product is complete garbage.

Made a delivery order at 7:10 it’s currently 8:08 , still haven’t received my order. I called the manger, Kamari, he was 0 help. I asked about the status of my order he couldn’t even tell me how far the driver was, I asked if he could call them, he stated that he she was a new driver and that he didn’t have her number….I asked for a refund at this point and asked him to call me once he processed the refund , he acted as though he couldn’t understand to do that. I placed my order online when it arrived it was completely wrong. This is a regular issue with this location off of Jones rd. In the 77065 zip code. This is my first order from the location since July. When I called to get my correct order they told me I could not get a replacement. I am furious. I spent almost 20$ on this just to be told I cannot have the correct order. I have attached photos of the pizza I received and the ticket sent in from my online order.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I guess their delivery people can’t read or are too lazy to read instructions. I had to WALK TO THE STORE that I live 15 minutes from in order to get my pizza due to driver being too lazy to READ the SIMPLE instructions I left for them.I couldn’t get a refund on the spot because I ordered online and then the app said it was delivered without telling me they couldn’t find my apartment. Truly the worst service in the world.

Don’t waste your time and money! Ordered a pizza today placed 12:07 in the afternoon and didn’t get it until 1:35… I tried speaking to the manager a few times and he was rude and didn’t really care that not only did I waited over an hour but my order was cold. Will never order from here again.

Very slow service if you want to eat the same day you order your food go somewhere else . Pre ordered 30min in advance for pick up got to location order still wasn’t ready cashier ask me if I wanted to pay I said I’ll pay when I receive my order waited another 10min then I left went to pick up something else. 40 min for a pre ordered pizza is crazy slow
