Ordered early before the dinner rush. 1 lg pizza and 2 different wing orders. Email said 32 minutes. Took over an hour, pizza delivered cold and wing order was wrong..did not getvthe honey chipotle wings we ordered. I see from the reviews incorrect orders isxa regular thing for this location. Wont order Papa Johns anymore after this. 42$ for wrong order and cold pizza is NOT worth it!!!

This location is a complete JOKE! Our pizza was delivered today completely messed up and not edible AT ALL. In times where the economy is bad it really is horrible to receive this type of customer service and the fact that whoever did this works in an industry where you heavily rely on tips …. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! Ordered 2 pizzas and waiting over 2 hours for them and i still didn’t receive anything. I called spoke to a lady and she said she couldnt do anything for me that it wasnt her fault that someone ordered before me and ordered a lot. Worst service ever. Do not go to this place unless you want to get your pizza in 3 to 4 hrs. Not even a discount or anything to satisfy us for the inconvenience. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I call about my order status because the tracker started at 89-99 minutes. It’s been just over an hour and still says 89 minutes. I dial the number. I try using the automated order tracker over the phone, yet again, it says 89 minutes. Mind you it is on the “preparing” (boxing) step in the app and on the phone so it’s already supposedly out of the oven. I call back press the option to speak to someone. As soon as they answer I ask about my order status. He tells me they have a rush going on right now and apologizes for the delay. So i ask, almost 3 HOURS for a ONE topping pizza that is supposedly out of the oven already??!! I proceeded to ask him for a time window on when I could expect my pizza. I get put on hold only to listen to yelling and stuff being slammed around. He gets back on and says the are getting that right out and on its way. If I wouldn’t have called, I’m not sure how long I would have waited for it to get here, I’m still waiting now. Poorly ran app and tracker and I know there are dinner rushes but for it to be estimated at an hour and a half and then an hour and half later that’s still the estimated time, that is ridiculous for a single one topping pizza.

I went to pick up an order and the lady with the purple hair was yelling, and cursing, throwing the pizza boxes on the floor while myself as well as 4 other people were in the lobby… the same boxes that were being thrown on the floor were for people’s food…. not sure what worker Adam did but she was verbally abusing and embarrassing him… hope she wasn’t the manager…. 2 people walked out 2 people canceled.. this is a very unhealthy work environment…not a good look Papa J
