Ordered online. Tracker says it’s ready. I get there, they tell me that one of them made the wrong size, so they had to remake it. Cool, 10 minute wait. I finally get the pizza, but it’s definitely not the half and half that I ordered. Instead, it’s pepperoni and Canadian bacon on the entire pizza. LEARN HOW TO READ AND/OR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

all the reviews for this place are pretty accurate. definitely not the best experience, but i got my dinner in the end. i ordered 2 pizzas for delivery; the original estimate said 30mins and it ended up taking over an hour. the pizzas were still warm when they arrived and my delivery driver was super friendly and cordial. the cheese pizza was perfect, but the veggie pizza was still pretty raw and doughy in the middle. my stomach hurt after eating. i probably wont get pizza from here again, but i’m still glad i gave them a try.

I wish I could give 10 stars for the service. I accidentally put for pick up for my order when I needed it delivered because I didn’t have my car and the girl just bypassed it and let the man deliver me my pizza because it was less than a three minute walk away which means the world for to me because there’s so many homeless people on the street, I was having a really horrible day so even though that something that’s not a big deal to her and the man was only going a couple minutes out of his way if at all, he really changed and impacted my day and possibly my life . Over pizza. I know. This happened on June 27 and I will forever be indebted to these people so thank you.

Check your pizza before you pickup. I purchased a pepperoni pizza for my children and they decided to give me a spicy pizza full of chili peppers instead. Ok I get it minor mistakes happen – BUT then they decided to not replace it AND refused to refund it. Papa John’s this is a totally ridiculous way to do business.

Overcharged I ordered a L and received a M plus my Medium had garlic sauce half opened and ran all over my order. Called to order a large pepperoni stuffed crust with wings, and a 2 liter. The guy on the phone offered me a pick up special for the large pizza only $12.99 and saved me $7 by ordering carry out instead of delivery. I live close by so I decided to go pick up my order. It was ready very quickly, the woman accepting payments for the orders was very nice when I walked in I was greeted. The pizza was hot and the wings were good! (Needed more BBQ sauce) but everything was great! Nice carry out experience from this papa johns! Thanks!

Never again. This new location has failed to make proper pizza from the day they moved from kirby. If you can order from the location on Main or try another pizza place. Here is my most recent and last order of large pizza…its most dough. Terrible!!!

Papa John’s is an amazing franchise and company. Joel, from Texarkana was one of my favorite owners. An Jarrod was a cool general manager. And they support the military ️ , the HOA, the NRA, all of the first responders, doctors, nurse’s, fire department , police department, ambulance , the people who save lives. So delivering for them, making their pizza was an honor.

Unfortunately this location is run by careless and rude individuals. I was staying at a hotel 0.7 miles from this location and it took 2 1/2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. We were told it would take an hour and it took more than double that. One pizza and one order of cheesesticks and when it arrived it was cold. When calling the store I was met with one of the nastiest women I’ve ever encountered. I was hung up on several times and when trying to speak to a manager was told she was the manager and then would hang up. I did receive a response from either the store owner or actual manager but was only given the excuse of being short staffed. I would definitely stay away from this location.
