We ordered the same pizza we always order though we don’t order frequently. Pizza was late, approximately1.5 hr. to get it. That would have been ok, but it was the wrong pizza, and had someone else’s address on it. It took another 40 minutes to get the right pizza and we were told to give the 1st wrong pizza to the delivery driver which we did. We hope they wouldn’t give that pizza to anyone. Bad experience with over 2 hr wait for the pizza, and issues when I called and babysitting the wrong pizza. District Manager Gaby wasn’t willing to give me a half price pizza in exchange for the bad experience. Not sure when we will eat another pizza, but this experience dampened our feelings about getting papa john’s again.

I chose delivery and it took over an hour… it was supposed to get there at 1:40 and then it changed to 2 and then I had to leave my house because it just got too late… don’t recommend, I’m upset I didn’t get my pizza. It wasn’t even a big order it was a small pepperoni pizza.

You would do better to have it delivered rather than picked up. Don’t try calling they never answer. The small pick up area always has a propane gas smell. No gloves no head coverings and no polite service. I do not reccomend.

WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER, my daughter was really hungry and she said she wanted to try papa Johns now for y’all to k own she’s allergic to peppers so I PUT no peppers just normal cheese sticks, 30 minutes Later it arrives we open the box and the cheese sticks are covered in peppers and weird sauce. This is not the first time they’ve done this I went to a party and ask a co worker for pepperoni pizza he showed me him ordering it and it showed up with peppers weird vegetables. So I purchased 2 large pizzas for my children on this past Saturday. Seems as if whenever I try something new I’m disappointed. Firstly they took 2 1/2 hours to deliver my pizza. So you know as soon as it came it was not hot. I immediately called them since they (Gaurantee a quality check) and give you free pizza under certain circumstances which mine fell under this circumstance. After making my complaint to the store I received nothing. I then called customer service and they contacted the store. 48 hours passed and I never received anything. 4 days later I called customer service again like , hey, what’s going on with the complaint. Theyre like oh let’s call the store. They call the store and the store is like, oh I’m sorry. I forgot. Give it another 48 hours! What’s the point in the quality check?? Papa johns guarantee was not guaranteed! My whole new pizza experience sucked and was so horrible! It’s a reminder why I went back to dominoes!
