So a few weeks ago I ordered form here. And as usual the same person picked up the phone and in the worst possible tone asked what could he get me. Didn’t even bother saying thank you for calling, just straight ruined his night. I ordered a pizzadia and a drink for delivery. 2 hours later still no delivery. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. The entire time he acted like he didn’t care and didn’t want to make it right. 15 mins later my order shows up. It’s ice cold. I will admit the driver was nice and apologized for the wait. I called their corporate line and to this day no one has gotten back with me on this issue. This place is absolutely horrible DONT ORDER HERE YOUD BE BETTER OFF GOING WITH TOTINIOS PIZZAS FROM KROGER. I will not be ordering from papa johns ever again thanks to this.

This place is HORRIBLE! The customer service HORRIBLE! Lady with only 3 brown teeth in her mouth spitting over my food and caught an attitude when I asked when would my 2nd pizza be ready! She was rude, musty and loud! And overall my food was nasty. Do not order from this place.

One of my favs to go to when it comes to pizza. Fresh Ingredients, daily made sauce, garlic butter dip, & a pepperoncini to go with your pizza. Not gonna lie though. Sometimes they forget about that pepper and dip sauce. But to me, you can taste the freshness of your pizza. You need to sign up online though. You get specials and points the more you buy from papa John’s and you can redeem your points for free food. :::UPDATE::: sry to say. I came home yesterday after work and wasn’t in the mood to put myself back into my car from being tired from work. So I ordered two large pizzas for delivery. Placed it at 5:30pm, I DIDN’T EAT UNTIL 8:30PM. 3 HOURS LATER! Come to find out the delivery driver punched in the wrong street address and got completely turned around. While waiting for my food. I called and complained, just cancel my order. I sick of waiting. So the person over the phone voided my pizza HOLD ON ITS A DRAFT

This pizza was real good the meat was not spread it all the way to the crust of the pizza it was all just like in the middle of the pizza when the kids went to pick up the pizza to eat it’s always falling apart I would hope that they would use fresher pizza dough I will return again but I’m only going to eat thin crust Brandon the staff who works here is a very nice gentleman and that’s the only reason why I will be returning

Completely horrible service. Do not ever order from here. I wish I would have looked at the reviews! I ordered online so it picked the closest store to me. These people literally hate their job. They lied consistently telling me the driver is on his way they were waiting then to the driver is 5 minutes away then to the driver is out with my delivery. STILL NO DELIVERY TO MY HOME AFTER OVER AN HOUR. Keep in mind i ONLY stay 12 minutes from this location. This location should be shut down. It’s a disgrace to the company name. Then when i called they kept putting the call to hold so they did not have to answer my calls. I know they did it purposely because the girl who answered TOLD ME they have caller ID while being annoyed at the fact I asked for an update on my pizza. She didn’t ask for my order number or anything she said she knew who i was because they have caller ID. I called about 10-13 times to try to cancel my order and kept getting put on hold. By the time they finally answered the night shift manager was now on duty. The night shift manager was very professional i must say and I would like to thank him and Issac from the customer service office.I just would recommend to never order from this location. Now i am stuck at home with nothing to eat due to this horrible location.

Do not order from here. I placed my order at 8:52pm after an hour and half wait I called the store inquiring about my order I was informed by the night manager that they were waiting for a driver to pick up my order. I called back 20 mins later and was informed my order would be arriving in 20-30mins by 11pm still no food. The manager said the best thing he could do was give me a credit for a remake. I couldn’t cancel my order nor could I get my money back. Terrible absolutely terrible service
