I have came to this location a total of three times. The first two times it was awesome BUT today 3/25 they must have had an update on their staff because this is what I got. Called to ask why and they have call center answering. Was transferred to the store and Julian was the one to answer. He asked my name and proceeded to tell me he could not find the order. I’m sure this was the same person that handed me my order like 15 min earlier. I have worked papa johns as shift manager and would never have let a pizza walk out my store like this. I guess I’ll have to make the extra drive to glen lakes next time.

Ordered XL special. Soggy crust (have pictures) seemed like it was shoveled around in delivery. Worst pizza thus far! Called the store (Sienna) and let them know, told them I wanted a credit. However, the young lady I spoke to (cannot remember her name) said the XL doesn’t have crust? So it should not have been soggy? WTH?

Ordered the newly advertised XL NY style pizza, but got a 15” pizza. I brought it to the attention of the counter clerk but he just said “ sorry about that”. When I entered the establishment, I didn’t get acknowledged. There weee 2 customers ahead of me, so I just waited for my turn.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza from here and when it arrived it was so small. It was close to the size of a medium pizza When I called and told the lady on the phone who said she was a manager, she abruptly said no it’s a large and would hear anything else I had to say. I even had pictures to prove that it was small but I got hung up on. The lady never told me her name but regardless she was rude and unprofessional. I would never order here again just based on the lady’s lack of customer service. These people at this location based on service and quality of food should be let go.

I ordered 2 Pies on a Tuesday at 3:40pm…at 5pm I called the Sienna store and spoke to Sierra and I was told that my pizza was still at the store, And she is waiting on a driver to pick up my pizza. I said that it’s going on two hours and I would not like a cold pizza, I was asked do I want to cancel the order. Then I was asked to speak to the manager, her name is Maria, her response was “I only have two drivers for the evening what do she want me to do” No apology given… no can we give you a coupon for your next order… just pure rudeness, After waiting for almost 2 hours for a pizza that’s only eight minutes away from my house. I asked to speak to her boss, she said her boss name is Jamie, and Jamie will be there on Thursday, I’m looking forward to talking to Jamie in Thursday, hopefully I can get better customer service!

After over an hour they still hadn’t even started making the pizza. I tried calling but they just hung up the phone. I had to drive to the store to cancel my order. This place is a joke. Not even a busy time. One person running the whole store.

I call for 2 medium cheese pizzas and some chicken wings at 6:42 PM on 13 October. I was told the order would arrive in 45 – 50 minutes. When the pizza did not arrive I called and the recording said the order was out for delivery and would arrive in 44 minutes. I called and spoke to the person taking the order and she claimed I never called in. I told her the cost of my order and details of the call. I also told her the recording just said it would be 44 minutes. She then put me on hold and said my order was being prepared. It apparently got lost somewhere. She said I should have it in 20 minutes. It is now 8:09 PM. The order is still not delivered. This is very poor customer service.

This location just can’t figure how much sauce a pizza should have on it. After 6 orders of pizza that was dry and tasteless, I call to make sure they put extra sauce on it. Big mistake as they then confused extra with put a half gallon of ducking sauce on it. 60 dollars an order and 7 orders later I’m done with this place.
