The pepperoni on the pizza tasted spoiled. The spices on top were disgusting. I called and spoke with manager he said it was fresh. I asked if he could remake it he no and Hung up on me! Horrible horrible customer service. Rude as and very poor customer service. I will be calling corporate.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. The customer service here is utterly atrocious and shameful. The manager, Sean, is one of the most immature and unprofessional managers I’ve ever spoken to. He was more interested in arguing and engaging in a political debate with me than trying to resolve the issue. He refused to take responsibility and ownership for the fact that one of the employees was rude and hung up on me while I was trying to place a carryout order. The employee was mocking my name, and when I told Sean about it, his response was, “I have to disagree with you there, we’ve been having problems with our phones.” When I explained that I heard the phone clanking, Sean then said, “Well, I’ve had my name made fun of my whole life because I spell it S-E-A-N and kids would call me ‘Seen’ instead of ‘Sean.'”
