Placed an order online that was supposed to be a stuffed crust, pizza and a large XL pizza. Somehow the website added two of the extra large pizzas. I’ll try to add a stuffed crust pizza to my delivery and Pat wanted charge me a whole separate delivery fee, even though I had already paid for one. No offer to help the situation. Ended up just canceling my whole order.

Apparently this is “original” crust… NO, this is THIN crust and that’s not what I paid for. I ordered original. The pizza is also slightly over cooked with the crust being very rubbery. Normally I do not have any issues but had I picked this up in store I would have immediately had this remade.

Absolutely disgusting inside. Horrible customer service. Didn’t cut my pizza if I could give ZERO STARS I would! They let my Pizza fall out the oven after I told them twice it was going to fall. But of course they couldn’t hear me over their AirPods. Or they all had their heads so far up their butts they couldn’t hear it.

First of all I ordered cheesy bread sticks and when the order arrived it was a over cooked pizza. I called and was told they would send out the bread sitcks. Then another cheese pizza arrived and when I called I was told that it was cheese sticks. The person who answered said he cut them himself, however there was not one thing cut, it was a whole pizza!!! I am done with the Fort Bend Rd location. They do not care. I should have read the reviews.
