Very rude and very poor customer service skills. They acted like they were doing me a favor by replacing an order that I paid for TWO times. Justin is completely unprofessional and they prepare the food without gloves. If I could rate lower than 1 star, they’d get half a star, if that. Will NEVER order from this store EVER again! Made a order for delivery which was not delivered. Jessica the manager was extremely rude and no help at all. App said it was delivered. Delivery driver said they talked to a security guard, (I live at a home) I have camera at my home as proof delivery was not even attempted at my house or my neighbors. Jessica refused to give me a refund, was very rude and abnoxious, yelling thru the phone at me and over me. It was a 40 dollar order that Not only did I not receive but she refused to give a refund.

Okay so I miss you papa John’s! I absolutely love the stuffed crust pizza with Italian sausage, chicken, and pepperoni! My family and I absolutely love the buffalo mild sauce wings and cheese dip! My family and I have been sick and out of work until recently, so eventually I will get to order from you again soon! Here is a suggestion, make the wings a little cheaper please?!? I normally order 4 orders and it is so expensive to order from y’all! However, delivery is always amazing, food is always hot, fresh, and makes me want more!
