Every time I have ever gone to this location, Abu has given excellent customer service. Even When they are slammed and very busy he always takes the time to look over smile and acknowledge every customer. He he is very fast paced and efficient and thorough. He always says Hi to the customers by name when I’m in there and he makes me feel like I am an important customer of theirs which I really appreciate.I have been meaning to write a review sooner than this and I am sorry that I haven’t. Give this man a raise he is amazing at his job and a very valuable asset to this company.

Ordered pizzas at 8:03 and at 8:56 we called asking about our order. The employee who answered the phone told us it would be another hour to hour and a half because they are backed up. At 9:30 I called back an the employee told me my order just left and hung up in my face. Ten minutes after that our pizza arrived. It was made worn and we didn’t get our garlic butter. Horrible experience and will not be buying our pizza from papas again!
