They have a weird sheet of paper they make all 3rd party delivery drivers sign. I’ve picked up much more expensive food than a pizza and never have I had to do more than maybe scribble my name on a note pad at some restaurants and that is only at a handful of places. The sheet they make us sign is absurd. You have to circle which carrier you’re with, write your name, order number and then also sign your name. I’ve been delivering for months and never have I seen that. One place gave me a huge 30″ pizza that would only fit in my trunk. They never made me sign anything, let alone fill out an absurd amount of info. Why is a cheap place like Papa Johns doing this? Your food is cheap and it’s not even good so it’s not like people are going to steal it. I see a lot of reviews on here where this Papa Johns is blaming the 3rd party delivery drivers for not including the sauces and stuff they are supposed to. It’s not the delivery drivers fault when the restaurant decides not to give certain items. What a horrible way to do business. If the management here is going to harass 3rd party drivers then why opt your restaurant in to do them at all?

This is my go to pizza joint. Charles and his crew are the best. I have ordered from this location more times than I can count (my son loves pizza) and my order is always right, on time and still hot when it gets to my door. 100% recommend this location if you are in Pearland.

Was looking forward to my meal as we eat Papa John’s often, was completely unsatisfied with the service and the food. They told us our food was ready when it wasn’t. When we went in we here greeted with it’s not done and you need to move your vehicle. While we were in the car waiting for the food a young kids was inside waving his arms like a airplane jockey moving planes to get our attention so we cpukd come get it. When we got home the food missing the staple garlic sauce and banana peppers. The crust was chewy and almost unedible, even to my kids which was a shock. I would recommend not going to this location.

Ordered pizza and ALLLLL the garlic dipping sauce. Through Door Dash. No dipping sauce. Pizza is undercooked and tasteless. Called to try and get a refund for dipping sauce. Nope ‘sorry, third party’ and was pretty much hung up on after that. Seriously. Absolutely not worth the money. Tostito’s Pizza would have been better than this.
