Why do I keep ordering food for my tenants from here? There always seems to be more problems than not. Yesterday, I received a call from the store manager asking if my pizzas had been delivered. I contacted my tenants and was told that pizzas had been delivered, but they came back and picked them up! What were they going to do, pick them up and take them to the correct location? Surely, that’s a code violation. The store manager assured me that would not happen, but I was not entirely convinced by his tone. The correct order was eventually delivered 75 minutes late.

I ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza tonight and was delivered a regular pizza. I called the store to request a replacement. A guy answered the phone-had no manners what so ever, slurred every word he said. He refused to send a replacement order. He also refused to give me his name so that I could report him for unprofessional condescending behavior, instead stating “oh no not corporate, don’t do that”. then he proceeded to hang up on me while saying “oh no don’t tell me you won’t buy from us again, i’m so sad”. I spent $40 tonight why could he not speak to me with common decency? It’s unacceptable behavior.

Bad experience pizzas delivery person she rude and disrespectful. I just gave her a tip on my card and she was expecting another tip and she was telling me that’s why you’re pizzas cold. Call Papa John store to report it on the phone was very rude and disrespectful and when I told her what the incident what happen delivery girl try to make me pay double tips. Papa John store disrespectful she hung up in my face. I would never order any more pizzas from Papa John store because I disrespectful rude as hell in a pizza cold take long time delivered the pizza

Just got our pizza from door dash and this is what it looks like. From restaurant experience, this should have never been out in a box. Literally missing half a pizza. I called 6x and pressed 5 like it told me and it would repeat the same message every time. Never had a problem before but I definitely want a refund on this pizza. This is not okay.

Are jalapeños in short supply? We ordered 3 pizzas and some sides for our lunch at work. When they arrived we all gathered around the table to pop the pizza box tops and enjoy but the pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños was very disappointing as you can see in the picture. Literally there was like 1 jalapeño slice per piece of pizza and you were lucky if it was the size of a dime. Won’t order from here again.

As always, the pizza is the best! But lately, the delivery driver’s have been parking in the curbside pickup spots and the cashiers act like you are bothering them when you call for them to bring the pizza out.

The XL cheese with extra cheese and light on the sauce for $15.99 instead of $12.00 & there was not enought cheese for 1 pizza let alone double! I have never been so disappointed. When I returned to the store the guys looked at me and said nothing when I asked them if this is a double cheese pizza.

I ordered my pizza online for pickup 1.5 hours in advance. When I arrived at the given time, they told me it would be another hour-no apology, just stared at me. What is the point of ordering in advance and driving across town to pick it up if they can’t come close to the pickup time they set? Customer service and business model are busted at this location.
