A very good pizza. As good as every other Papa Johns I’ve had. Was kinda worried about this place with the other reviews. But no problems whatsoever. Placed the order on the app for pickup. Pizza was hot n ready on time when I got there. Staff was very friendly, place was clean and organized. Welcome to town y’all.

Paid $12 for a large pizza. I got home, opened the box, and saw that it was NOT a large pizza. It is a medium pizza place in a large pizza box! Papa John’s Pleasanton, you just opened and already need new management! I guess I’m going to keep ordering from Dominos Pizza! I called and phones aren’t answered!

Ordered dinner here for my son and I and they gave us thin crust when we ordered original. I called to find out why and the girl was like “oh we were out of original dough”. So instead of calling us to ask if that was okay they just sent it home with us as a surprise for us when we got home. The said they would discount our next order for the trouble. Well on our next order they again gave me thin crust and completely screwed up my wifes papadia and I again called back. They did not apply the discount they had previously promised and said the best they could do would be 50% off our next order. This place is trash. I love papajohns and have never had trouble like this from any other location in any other state. Horrible service unkept promises and less than Papajohns standard pizza. Papajohns franchise guidelines are certainly not in effect at this location. Order at your own risk.

orderer a pizza @11pm stopped by 11:30 pm the whole restaurant looked like it was closed with the lights off. Then as I was approaching the door three employees from the back where smoking one being a young kid not even in uniform wearing muscle shirt gives me a totally different order and apparently they ended up never even making it till I got there.

Constant issues with this location. I can only see my orders for the last 90 days; I have nine within that time frame. Out of all the orders, not a single one has been correct. When we have called for issues, we get nowhere. We have even called to let them know we are missing items we have paid for and get told there’s nothing they can do about it—no refund or store credit. We have even received the completely wrong item on an order. We have used delivery and carry out. The drivers have always been great. But when going in the store, it was 13 people standing around and cutting up, playing jokes while about two were working; going to have to move on to another pizza place until things started getting addressed.

I’m done with Papa Johns here in Pleasanton. They have messed up on my order multiple times and just recently I went there to see what was going on i happen to notice its a bunch of kids working there. Not a good look for the new pizza place in town AT ALL!!!

Both my large pizzas came folded and looked like someone dropped it on the floor.

Maybe give them some more time to get experience in making pizza and taking orders. I placed an order, 2 large 2 toppings and cheese bread, 1.25 hours in advance to be ready by 7:30 pm. When arriving to pick up, the order was not ready. Had to wait another 25 minutes for the order. The pizzas were sad to say the least. One large pizza was smaller than the other large. The toppings and sauce could use some work. It looked more like a cheese only pizza. Canadian bacon was thinly sliced and the roma tomatoes were diced, not sliced. The cheese bread looked like it was done on a thin crust pizza. Like I said, maybe they need more time to work on making a better pizza with better ingredients.

I placed my order online and they text me that my order was ready. When I arrived they said my order was given to someone else or they did not make it. The manager was rude and did not want to give me a refund for their mistake.

The people of pleasanton do it again what’s wrong with workers making the food out here? from whataburger to BK Macdonalds Tacobell and the mexican restaurant to billmillers, “not Romas Cancùn or texas true bbq and outlaws” but damn near every other place out here is totally trash gross food and the people working these restaurants are okay with giving below average quality food all the time are the fastfood/restaurant workers out here just lazy or careless or both? People don’t spend their hard earned money to be disgusted by the food they buy… like seriously do better…
