The app told me my order was ready, but once inside I was told it was still in the oven. Then to top of off no one in this place is wearing a hair net. Maybes good service rules in Texas do not require them, but it would be a nice touch to the A rating that they have displayed on the wall.

I recently ordered from this location. When i got there the young lady told me there was a mistake and they had given my pizza away…no worries my order was already in the oven and she was super apologetic. My issue was…standing there waiting all of the workers preparing pizza had no gloves on or a hair net. Most workers to include men had long hair and it wasnt in a ponytail or anything. This is unacceptable. I don’t care if you claim to be super clean, anyone touching food should have gloves on. Food prep 101…gloves and hair nets are mandatory unless the hair is pulled back. I wont be back unfortunately. Also pizza was mediocre not very good.

Worst Papa John’s experience I ever had. I usually always order Papa John’s in whatever area I’m in, this time in Cibolo/Schertz I ordered pizza at 7:08p and called at 7:56p to check on my order. They said it was nearby. I called back at 8:25p and they said the driver had 3 deliveries and should have come to mine first but didn’t. They called the driver and finally after 8:30p I received my order. My pizza was actually cool to the touch. My papa bites were hard and the cheese lukewarm and gritty. My Oreo dessert bites were hard and the icing was even too stiff to dip. Worst experience ever.

This is the last time I will order from here. Every single time I place an order it’s wrong. Every single time ! I ordered delivery because it’s too hot to be outside . I order a small pepperoni pizza for delivery and after it was being prepared for 10 minutes I drove up there to pick it up since I didn’t want a cold pizza by the time it was finally delivered. They canceled the payment so I wouldn’t waste my money on a delivery fee and tip and it will take several days to go back to my card. I paid again then asked if I could get a coupon or a free drink and the manager told me since I already paid she couldn’t do anything unless we canceled the second payment and did a 3rd payment. I took my pizza and left and will never go back. Their customer service at this location sucks! Don’t order from this location!
