I typically don’t expect much from pizza places these days but I was pleasantly surprised at how much the employees here went above and beyond. Food was ready fairly quickly and when I went to pick it up one of the gentlemen there noticed I had children in the car and took the extra time to bring my food out to me so I didn’t have to fumble around w unbuckling the kids from their car seats. Sometimes it’s the small things. Very friendly staff.

Had to cancel an order due to the cashier not being able to accept my $50 bill. I had to go to a bank and deposit. Not sure why they didn’t accept it because their pizza and products are expensive as it is anyways and I didn’t see anything in my receipt or email saying I couldn’t pay with that type of cash amount. Anyways I had placed the same exact order NEW in the app, and I believe some of the old items were used for the new order because the cheese sticks tasted horrible and looked old. (I had to cancel the previous order, run to bank to deposit then started a new order and came back 35-40 min later for the supposedly fresh order placed) I made sure I placed the new order close to when I was back near this location and was maybe 5 minutes tops after it said it was ready so there’s no way the cheese should be have dark or barely room temperature right after pick up. (I live 6 min from this location) and most times the items I get are bubbly hot , melted cheese and I feel what I got was my old order on my NEW order and was TOLD it was remade fresh , highly doubt it !!! So disappointed

If you want to pay $40 for pizza that is lower quality than Little Caesars, this is the place! Literally the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever consumed. Please, reconsider before wasting your money. Go to the Pappa John’s down the road. The pizza here tastes like a kid high on Xanax made it.

Ridiculous. Ordered a 699 pick 2 and on my pizza I ordered pepperoni, bacon, black olive and pineapple. I was charged like 7 dollars for toppings and that is no problem. But I swear I counted. 8 olives, 5 pineapple pieces, 8 pepperoni and maybe 5 pieces of bacon and like bacon bits not pieces. Called the manager to ask about the portions and he said the pizza wouldn’t cook right if there were more. And basically he couldn’t care less. So I suggest if u live in the area just go to another one and save the BS. Unless u only want chz.

Ordered a $58 family meal: 2lg 2topping pizzas w pep, half sausage half mush. Double pep on the other. Sauce unevenly spread and hair in 2 individual slices! I’m bald! It wasn’t mine!

I ordered light sauce on 1 pizza. And regular sauce on the 2nd. So they put light extremely light sauce ( was dry ) on both. And barely any cheese. The pizza sadly went to the birds the next day. Like most of the pizza had no cheese. I have no idea why they did that.Frozen Totinos from HEB would have been better. It was that bad..

It’s a bit more expensive, and I’m not even a big fan of pizza, but I say its worth it. The pizza is hot, delicious, and just tastes better then other pizza- chain places. They have a variety of other meals you can get if pizza isn’t your thing.

Good pizza, but frustrated by their ignoring the no-contact delivery request. The app says the driver will leave the pizzas at the door and step back a safe distance. Instead the drivers have been waiting at the door, usually unmasked. If I wanted that, I would’ve checked “Door Delivery.”
