Except the chicken poppers that it okay, flavor as plain and thick chicken inside and I didn’t ordered pizza dipping sauce somehow, it was supposed to be honey mustard. Unexpected it wasn’t there. Um.. What happened to “Honey Chipotle?” Seem they forget to put it on the chicken or just can put it in a cup side. Well, I give 2-3 stars for that.

Placing the order gave them the 2 stars, it was quick and easy. Once I went to pick the pizza up it was 2 guys behind the corner but not one of them acknowledged I was in the store standing at the register. I walked back over to the door and opened it again so the bells in the door could ring once more. Still no one said a word!! I would have turned around and walked out but the Football game was on and my husband was waiting on this pizza. Once we got the pizza home it looked dry, nothing like it looks on TV. We were hoping for lots of pepperoni & cheese all over as the commercial say but it wasn’t. I am so done with eating out since the covid hit, I am just done!

Ordered from here a few weeks ago to see if it was an option to the Pizza Hut we usually order from and the Works was a good rival to the Super Supreme. Lots of toppings and nice change. Last Friday I wanted to have a comparison so I ordered another Works and a Super Supreme. After they arrived there was a clear difference. While expecting another Works with lots of toppings, it was noticeably lacking to the Super Supreme and my memory of the first Works. Papa Johns, at least this location, is inconsistent. In eight years, never had consistency issues with Pizza Hut. Oh well it was nevertheless a fun experiment.

Normally no issues. I ordered directly from Papa John’s, I did not order through Door Dash. For some reason the pizza was delivered by Door Dash and I saw the delivery guy walking up with the pizza sideways in a bag. When I opened the box, the pizza looked like someone tried to mash it together and punch it into the shape of a ball before shoving it back in the box.

Ordered my pizza, Papa John’s was nice and friendly. Delivery was set for 45 minutes. Door Dash delivered my cold nasty pizza. Wasn’t in one of those bags that keeps food semi hot. I could have gotten better for cheaper at Little Caesars.

This place had my order for over 2 hours. We called to see what was the hold up and were told they had no delivery drivers??????!!!!!? They were calling door dash to deliver their food. No apologies no discount nothing. I went to pick of my food and this so called manager refunded my delivery fee and thought it was ok to try to keep the tip that was meant for the the delivery guy. The nerve of this guy. Pizza was sitting on a non heating shelve for 2 hours and he thought I was going to be ok with that. Asked for a full refund. Your establishment is a joke. There were other order just sitting there as well.

This was the third time I order from this location off 1604 and Blanco. Two out 3 were late and almost cold, tasted like 3 days old. 3 time I ordered was tonight @5pm 5/7/22 and has been over two hours and still no pizza. Called and the number says closed. So why did app allow everyone to order?
