I had ordered a Dorito Papadilla (chicken) about a month while doing banking in Calallen, for myself and it was delicious , it was recommended by a friend. so then , about 2 weeks ago on our way home coming from Corpus (no P.J. near us) My daughter & I ordered 1 each of the Dorito Papadillas (chicken) for dinner to take home. Got all the way home and noticed there was no Doritos seasoning on either one, which they are to have , it’s not extra. Called and gave our info and read to the manager what the stickers on the box read, yep ordered them correctly, but prepared wrong. This totally changes the taste of it & it’s LITERALLY the name of it; a DORITO Papadilla. Manger stated they would replace them for next time and apologized. Last night on our way home from business again in Corpus, we decided to call in on our replacement order and take home for -vs- cooking. Store agent or manger, states neither of us are in the system for the replacements but ” I’ll give you a discount for 2″, but in order to possibly get the replacements you’ll have to go onto the website fill out this and that and call this number on & on & on….ok sure we’ll do the discount because we had a very busy day and didn’t want to cook. Get home and guess what no DORITO seasoning on these either!!!!! I’m soo sick and tired of folks not doing their job and then paying customers having to jump through hoops to get good service anymore. I won’t order from here again, which we have a some in the past as well. And it’s a shame, we love Papa Johns (but don’t get it often, normally) because we live too far away from one.

Stuffed Crust Pepperoni. This Papa Johns has the best pizza in the area. You can actually place an order online and pick up your order at the estimated time of completion. Not to mention how perfect the pizza was. Customer Service was excellent.

honestly it’s usually pretty good but i’m getting sick of paying high prices for cold food. time and time again they give you a time expectation and about 30+ minutes later than that, they show up with your now cold pizza.

Ordered some pizza it was beyond trash . The manager was nice enough to bring me replacement pizzas . If any person on this earth saw what they delivered it would have been a hate crime . Never order from them . At least in this area.

Went there today to collect for a wronged order I had a month ago. The GM Toby was exceptional and handled the situation perfectly!! He was very understanding and polite in how he spoke to me, he wasn’t rude at all. He went above and beyond and I absolutely appreciate him for that, thanks again!!!

Called this location after having a big order delivered to thew hospital for training, We have a student in the class who does not eat gluten so a gluten free pizza was order for him specifically, The pizza was not delivered, Called the facility to ask about that since it was paid for and stated on the receipt, The GM Toby, when i stated the issues i was told the order would be put in the oven and get it sent out, 45 minutes went by so we called the facility again, The GM Toby then began to argue with me, Telling me it was here, It was sent, That we obviously cant read the labels right and that he would send his driver here to show us that it was here and that we had it, if this was the concern this should have been said the first time i called, He then Sent his driver to the hospital and she went through all the personal pizza boxes and then verified that the pizza was not here, the student whose pizza was not delivered to us until 1150 – when the rest of the pizzas got here at 1030 – our lunch break was over by the time his food was received. The GM was very rude and unprofessional.

I encountered the rudest manager I have ever encountered with a Papa John’s tonight over the phone. He absolutely had an attitude from the minute he jumped on the phone. He proceeded to put me on hold for several minutes, which was fine. I understand you’re busy. But then jumped back on with a huge attitude and was not accommodating or understanding at all. I will never darken the door of this Papa John’s again

Omg this is my favorite fast food pizza. I hate calling it fast food because their ingredients really do taste so fresh & delicious. It’s my go to & the girl that always works the register when I go is always so nice && professional. Super fast & my is always as delicious as it looks!
