How does this pizza look? I ordered this for a 7:30 pick up, as we hung up the operator said it would be ready at 7… I said, wait, we can’t pick up til 7:30…. She transferred me to the store but had to explain situation 2x. they said it was already baking … the manager said he would make sure it was fresh … my hubby picked up on his home and thinking it was fresh … this is how it looks … and it tastes just as crunchy/toasty … ran through the over 2x? In the warmer for 45m? Not sure what happened but this isn’t how fresh pizza looks. Disappointing for the usual papa John’s quality …

I see a lot of bad reviews about this location and I’m not gonna lie initially as I pulled into the parking lot I see an employee smoking a cigarette and then put it out and go in before me so already I’m thinking here we go.. I just ruined their smoke break type of service.

Dont deserve any stars Management is bad not train well at all customer service is terrible..give these managers train teach them how to take complain my meatball pizza had black pepper all over I am allergic to it ..I could of gotten very sick. Manager that said sorry nothing I can do I was like. Why. No answer from him just hung up ..main office I called email.. I never got a call bk or email no one ever got back to me. Safer for me not to order from papa John’s .they dont listen to instructions stupid mangers and the drivers only a few that are good. They seemed trained well.
