This papa John’s is so un helpful. All I have to pay with is a 50$ bill and was told the drivers can only carry 20$ change. My order is 28.50 so they can let a driver have an extra 1.50$ to give me the right change. I do not recommend ever ordering delivery here as they are nothing but greedy penny pinchers. Not only that 28.50 for one pizza is pretty steep and that’s after one of their “deals” complete joke of an experience.

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 10pm for delivery, paid over the phone and was told they would be arriving in 45 minutes. We started to call at 11:05pm not knowing they wouldnt be answering phones, no voicemail, no way to check the status of my order. It is now 12:10am & no pizza. House full of hungry people, super confused what to do in this situation. My Money back AND free pizza replacement is my thought. NOT HAPPY PAPA JOHNS.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered 2 pizzas, one somehow made it, the other looks like someone threw it against a wall. The manager on the phone was very dismissive and I doubt I will actually get my refund she promised.

Placed an order online and followed the link for tracking provided in confirmation email. Gave a 15% tip for the driver as I live very close by and felt that was fair. I watched as the tracker showed the order was in transit. I watched out my front window for the delivery driver so I could answer the door and thank them but no driver came. Then the tracker showed the order as delivered. I called the store and the representative found the situation very humorous. I would avoid this store if you can, at least for delivery. They will steal your food and laugh at you when you call them out.

This store has messed up my order twice now. Once for my daughters birthday, they only sent 2 pizzas when I ordered 3. Now, I ordered a pepperoni on my way home from work, stopped by to pick it up 25 minutes later and they made the wrong pizza. I returned the pizza, they told me I could just keep it because I already walked out of the store before I realized their mistake, but then they ended up taking it back… So, I waited another 10ish minutes for my ACTUAL order, and it was slopped together last minute, barely any cheese on it. Truly a waste of my time, and $20 for terrible pizza. But from now on, I will be taking my business down the road. Please get it together. Is there someone in charge here???
