Papa johns need to do some serious quality control at this location. Pizza was undercooked, additional dip portion was soo tiny it cant be used as a dip. Pick up pizza and everything falls down as the cheese is not melted properly.

Totallly incompetent. My food was delivered without the drink, when I realized it I call the driver back and he said hold and hung up, never called me back or text me. I call the store for them to credit me back and it was painfully obvious I was talking to someone who didnt care and just wanted me to go away. Be careful when you order from Papa John’s because they send you to a call center and you might get unlucky and get this location which is the one who delivered the pizza

Literally cannot get an order correct if given two chances at it. Received the order prepared improperly and when I placed the same order again I received it prepared with barbecue sauce instead of the requested marinara sauce for the second time in the same night. Save your time money and stress and go buy some other garbage.

Understaffed and what little staff is there is incompetent and rude, and quite frankly should all be out of a job. The employees here are putting in hard hours and still gracious. The location ownership though clearly doesn’t care about them or customers. Pick-up and delivery orders are frequently delayed due to understaffing. Seems like the franchisee is penny pinching after their remodel.

This place really is bad in managing deliveries. Today I ordered through Grubhub the heart shape pizza for valentines, ended up getting delayed, after 3 hours the order got cancelled by papa Johns. So we taught there was no more heart shape, which was okay, but we still wanted a pizza. We called the place itself and they asked if we would like their heart shaped pizza, we immediately say yes as they offered. The order never came, three hours later we decide to walk a mile to the facility to pick it up instead, just to be told that they don’t have the pizza….. a call or notice would be fine. The refund was not given until after we attended the facility.

I order here alot, i dont have issues very often at all, today I had my first big ussue and it was a doozie, it was like something youd see a domino’s would crank out and throw at you, my two pizzas were pretty bad but, i could tell they were very busy when i called, DAVID took great care of me! And did right by my order and fixed it no problem! That guy is super and i know his crew is good from the past only 4 stars because nobody is perfect! But IN MY BOOK DAVID GETS 5.5!!!!

1st time trying out this location and they were cool. Took my order right away and food was ready in about 20 minutes. I got the pepperoni stuffed crust. Only thing I can say otherwise, is that I asked for cheese sauce instead of the regular tomatoe sauce with my cheesesticks. The cashier put the papa johns tape on my boxes when closing them and I didn’t look in them til I got home. My fault [I guess, shrugs] Check your boxes before leaving. May have been an honest mistake
