Doordash order. I ordered 2 NY style 16″ pizzas. One was Tuscan 6 cheese and the other meats pizza with extra sauce. Pizza was hot when delivered and made to order. They didn’t skimp on the topping of the meat and did add extra sauce. Peppers, chili flakes and garlic sauce was included in the box. I loved the taste of both pizzas. My roommate thought the meat wasn’t flavorful enough bit I think it was perfect.

Horrible customer service. Food can be ready and sitting on the warmer and they will make you wait until they’re done putting labels on boxes(even though they have a few already labeled). Then, you get this kind of food. Absolutely the worst Papa John’s out of the entire city. I’d go with the one on bell if they’d deliver to me.

I know it was New Years day when we ordered. But! The pizza and wings showed baked and prepared on the app for over an hour before they showed up. And yes, they were cold. The Buffalo wings had only a drizzle of sauce and we ordered the New York style crust and didn’t even get that. Order from anywhere else in town. Seriously!

The gentleman at front counter came from the kitchen to take over for the older gentleman he was super nice and paid attention. On top of that he made our 3 pizzas and out popper. Our food was fresh and just 100% delicious!. More than we expected but worth it.

Curbside pickup order via app. Close to my house. Great. This pizza was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen from a pizzeria. All of the toppings were in the center and plain dough everywhere else. Called to complain, and you’re not going to believe this but the manager said he was just going to refund because they didn’t have enough dough to make another one. Never again ever. You would have to make it free and bring it to me first. God, I wish I had taken a pic to back up this review.
