Papa, Papa, Papa…What happened?!?! We ordered three items and NOT one came right. The first pizza was a stuffed crust half extra pepperoni and the whole other half mushroom and spinach. It came with extra pepperoni on the WHOLE thing. The second was a small pizza with light sauce, light cheese, olives and pineapple. It came with regular sauce and regular cheese. The third thing was garlic knots. They came burnt. So we called, you were quick to correct your mistake, which was awesome because it’s a Sunday night after 8pm. So we waited another 45 minutes or so, which is t too bad. But EVERYTHING came looking the same as the first order!! When we called back your GM said we were taking money out of his pocket… … and hung up on us. Like, are we five years old?! (Pictures are side by sides)

Order wasn’t ready at pickup time and/or was wrong, so I had to wait while they re-made one of the pizzas they forgot or somehow lost. Got home and opened the boxes to find one of them was STILL not what we ordered and the other was drowning in a container of garlic sauce that was crushed and leaking and put inside the box that way anyway.

Don’t order pizza from this place. We ordered pizza at 6:45 and when we got there to pick it up they told us to wait another 20 minutes… They got the pizza wrong, they had garlic sauce spilled all ocee. And when we called the manager (tj) hung up on us 3 times.

Recently won a free large 1 topping pizza from a Facebook post contest. Decided to give it a whirl and was very satisfied. Got free cheese sticks too because of their rewards program. Both were hot and fresh, and were ready when I arrived to carry-out. Got some cheese and red peppers, and the crewman even put in some extra of the hot peppers. Nice guy. Solid experience. Will be back soon.

We had placed an order on line said 14-24 min. We showed up 30 min. And they told us an additional 40 min because someone had placed an order of 25 pizzas. Mind you we ordered 1 pizza. Wasn’t even that no apology, no customer service. Treated terribly. Had them refund and that was it. Went to Dominoes they said that was horrible gave us a discount and had us out the door in 15 min.

We ordered pizza and wings for my family. The delivery took almost 90 minutes and when the driver got to my door, he told me they had no drivers and I was the last order out of many deliveries in his one trip. Everything was cold. We got charged full price, plus $5.16 for delivery and I tipped $5 to driver. I spent $45 and the food was horrible. I filled out the complaint form online and no one responded. I will reaching out to my credit card company to reverse charges.

If I could no star this I would. We ordered a pizza for delivery and paid online. When they arrived they asked for cash. I don’t have cash and I said I already paid and I pulled up my bank account and it had PULLED from my bank account. I showed this to them and he went to his car to call the shop and came back and said the only way they can give me the food I PAID for is if we pay again. It’s past 8:30 pm and my 4 month old daughter is asleep. I paid for my food showed them the proof and they wouldn’t give it to me. By far the worst customer service I have ever had. If you don’t want to lose out on money I highly suggest to not order from this location. I just lost over $30.
