If I could rate this place negative stars I would. We orderd and when the pizza got here was extremely cold and missing part of the order. When I called the store the lady told me to bad and hung up on me. I called back and she said this store is franchise and she doesn’t care. In total she hung up on me 3 times. Worst company ever. Stay far away. Very disrespectful and no customer service at all. I can’t get the number to this franchise cause she keeps hanging up on me. Called the 888 number and all they did is take a report. Don’t order from this store!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Order 2 pizzas by phone, get there to pick up, wait about 10 minutes before the lady tells me I placed the order at the wrong location. I call the number I called to placed the order and SHE picks up. I tell her you see I placed it here she than tells me oh well you placed it under a different last name. She had the pizzas there just with a different last name. I reply to her I know I said my last name correctly but it’s fine those are mine when she turns around and says “you know what it’s fine I’ll just cancelled your order.” Be size I had friends waiting for me at my house with this pizzas I told her no please those are mine just charge me and give them to me. She said no bye.

This was the most irritating experience ordering pizza I have ever had. I ordered online the guy got lost apparently and was about to deliver it to my neighbor and also it was cold like they had it sitting there for a minute. So I call and the lady is like I can’t do a discount or give your money back honestly just a horrible experience! As you can see in the pic it’s not even cooked.

I walked in 2/24/23 yesterday around 2:15pm. The women was on the phone and she was the only one in the store. Then she received another phone call. She told me to hold on. I said sure while she was talking on the phone and taking the order I looked at her nails. They are long and they pretty much had a whole bunch of dirt inside her nails. Once she was done with the phone call, I asked her do you guys use gloves to make the pizza she went ahead and explain to me how they do not use any gloves due to the regulation of the store. And she said every pizza place do not use gloves because of germs. Then she continue to explain to me how she washes her hand a lot in between her jobs. I asked her I said because I see there’s a whole bunch of dirt and germs in your nails I will not be ordering any pizza. I was so disgusted and I felt sorry for the people that’s been ordering there yesterday, and not knowing who was the one making their pizza with her dirty long nails, and not washing her hand and answering the phone between her making the pizza. God knows what else she was touching so please everyone do not go here and order any pizza.

Ordered a few times, always delivers late. Won’t be using them any more… Sad, since I love Papa John’s. This last order was 30+ minutes later than the expected delivery time. Called the store and of course the person had no idea why it’s late. He realized the driver left at 7:55pm (currently was 8:30pm) and said he will let me know if there is an issue with the driver. When the pizza came, it was cold and not very pretty. Probably should have taken a look at the reviews cause it seems a lot of people have issues with this place.

Honestly, this experience was awful. I ordered online and when my papa johns app notified me that my pizza was ready, I went inside. I was told after about 5 minutes that my pizza was made with no cheese (how does that happen?) and they are remaking it. When I came back inside 7 minutes later the girl handed me a pizza box about 2 minutes later. I opened it and some had no cheese! The girl didn’t apologize. The guy making the stuff was sweating and going back and forth from cutting the pizza and putting tags on them and doing everything and never washing his hands. I’ve attached the pizza and even one piece that had no cheese. Thanks for reading. Think twice going to this location.
