I’m not sure a Papa John’s has an atmosphere but the restaurant was clean and full or USA American humans. It is located next to a Thai Massage ♀️business as noted in the picture. I grabbed a pizza then a massage. Pizza+Massage =Pizzage, hash tag Pizzage.

The service at this location is a joke. Delivery times are consistently long (over an hour), the food arrives cold, and then to top everything off the management will promise you free pizza in compensation and then not actually credit you anything and ignore any further inquiries you make. Absolutely avoid this location in particular.

Quality Control and customer service training is desperately needed. Ordered 8 Buffalo wings with an extra sauce. 4 of them were about 95% dry. 3 of them were roughly 60% dry. ONE was a buffalo wing. Only received one of the sauces I paid for. When I called, they did remake the order and send it back out. But the guy on the phone was extremely rude and condescending about it. Received the new ones 39 minutes later. As a passive aggressive move, they completely smothered the new ones and even put in an extra side of buffalo sauce. At least they are buffalo wings, and edible this time. I will never order from this place ever again.

The staff is friendly but I’m tired of my $12 pizza magically turning into a $24 pizza between paying for the seasonings, parmesan, paying for 1 garlic sauce since it doesn’t come with thin crust pizza even though the cost is the same, and paying $8. to have the pizza delivered between the tip and the delivery fee. The last two times we waited an hour for our food. This time the pizza was burned. I did ask for well- done but black crust was not requested. I hate to complain but the last 3 visits have been disappointing. Even my teen didn’t like the pizza tonight.

The new $6 Papadias are great; easy to eat even while as a passenger in car. Leftovers fit into sandwich bags. There is a BBQ Chicken; Philly & cheese; Italian with salami & 4 cheeses with Alfredo unless you request the red sauce and the red sauce is included for dipping. I tried 3 of these and looking forward to them for lunches.

Placed an order an hour and a half ago. I haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in awhile since they keep having delivery issues. It showed in the tracker it was delivered once again. However, this was not the case. I called the store and was told they were short staffed, so they gave the order to Door Dash to deliver and I should wait 15 to 20 minutes and call back if it still wasn’t there. It’s still not here and I called and talked to the manager and he said they would remake the order and have it out for delivery in about 20 minutes. They offered me free food for next time, but I’m probably not ordering again.

I ordered a small pizza and when I go to pick up a slice the toppings fell off and the pizza was soggy on the bottom like they didn’t even cook it long enough. You could probably do a better job instead of cutting corners. Never again unless you can make it right.

V were returning from the airport at night 10.30 PM and we chose to order pizza from this place. We ordered a veggie pizza for take-away and the taste was delicious. The thin crust pizza was so perfect, it was so good for our hungry tummies. They provided very good service even at the odd hour. I would definitely be ordering pizza from this place again.
