This PapaJohns is trying to be better. We had a negative experience and they reached out to redeem themselves, which they did. We ordered again last night, and our order was correct 100% and ready at the time communicated for carryout. Terrible customer service. We called ahead about 40 mins beforehand to place an order. Upon arrival, we discovered that they had canceled our request, and instead of attempting to amend the situation, they snarkily blamed us. We were forced to wait for them to make our pizzas, making us very late to the event we needed them at. At one point one of us attempted to ask an employee something, and she simply stuck her finger in his face and walked away. If she was busy at the moment she could have simply said so. Throughout this experience we were patient and did not react angrily, so their actions were completely unwarranted. If we had been rude to them after finding out our order had been canceled, it may have been excusable (although I think anger on our part would actually have been deserved), but from the beginning they acted extremely immaturely and treated us with contempt. I don’t know if the management is poor and the work environment put everyone in a bad mood, or if they’ve simply hired horrible staff, but this experience has ensured that my family (and the families of those with me) will likely not return here in the future.

This location doesn’t know how to make pizzas. Don’t order from here. I got my half pepperoni/half chicken pizza where pepperoni and chicken both were uncooked. Clearly someone who doesn’t want to work here made this pizza. This is the worst Papa Johns. Gross place.

Will not be ordering from here again. The website would not work on my computer so I moved to my phone. I input my address and later learned it had been changed to a different address. After calling them they were nice enough to remake and resend it…..only for me to get a call from DOOR DASH that they could not find my address and the driver was in a shopping center 2 blocks away!

This was the worst order we’ve ever had. Food took over 1.5 hours to deliver, which wasn’t the worst issue since it was Saturday night, but food came cold nonetheless. Everything was underdone and doughy. The NY style pizza we ordered stuck to the box and tore apart when we tried to grab slices. The gluten free pizza we ordered was incorrect and missing the one topping we asked for, pepperoni. The breadsticks had literally .001 ounces of garlic parm sauce on them and were doughy in the l middle. I paid for extra garlic sauces and pizza sauce that weren’t included in the order. Overall the worst pizza experience we’ve ever had from any restaurant, and my expectations were already low based on last 3 or 4 orders from this location.

Do not order from this location. Tried calling multiple times to ask about my order (didnt get confirmation email) just to have the calls ignored or hung up on. When the order arrived 2 hours later it was cold, and poorly made, it did not include any sauces or extras. Ended up throwing out the pizza after one slice as it was not edible, cheese was solidified and meats were undercooked. No point in calling for a refund because they dont answer the phone. Again, dont order pizza from here ever.

Sad that I can get better food from little Caesar’s with quality customer service at half the cost. Order $54 worth of food today to only be missing parts of my order. All of the sauces not included which sucks when you have hot wings and want to use some ranch. All of the food was the temperature of outside which is 20 degrees. We Understand that things happen but when we call 15 times to talk with someone about our order and you hang up each time that’s horrible. Then when we get transferred from pressing place a new order and you continue to hang up that is poor customer service.

Ordered a pizza in person. Waited and the pizza never got started. Tried using a gift card online, for my 25 dollar gift card the online format said I minimum order of 65 dollars is required. Guys were outside smoking forgetting to make my pizza. Wow! Terrible experience. I used to love papa John’s now I’m sure I’ll never come back!
