The manager is rude and she wont honor your order. she said that she doesn’t know why the app let me order an extra pizza “for the same price” but she refused to give me my complete prepaid order. I filled out a complaint and no one ever got back to me. How are businesses allowed to rip consumers off like this and get away with it?

Decided to order a pizza . After an hour and 15 minutes I still had not received it so I called them back . They have a phone option to talk to someone if you’re wondering about an order. That should’ve been my first clue of what’s to come. The person I talked to said my pizza was still sitting there and she would remake it for me and all that I would pay was delivey fee. After another hour wait I got the pizza and the “fresh” one they said they would make was cold and looked like it was made 2 hours and 15 minutes previous so I think they just brought me the original one they made. The delivery person did not apologize and was not very friendly. Actually no one apologized. I also could barely understand the person I originally ordered with because they barely knew English.

Guy that took my order was rude. I told him I’d tip in cash upon delivery. I couldn’t because they dropped the food off at my front door and left without knocking. It was 20 degrees outside so, I got cold pizza. To make it worse you could tell there was something wrong with the dough, it was old and chewy. The whole experience was terrible. They did give me a full refund so I can’t complain too much. That refund is the reason for 3 stars instead of 1.
