Came here on a lime scooter and had to ride 30 minutes back to the hotel with a pizza, knots, and sodas. The staff noticed this and gave us extra bags and plates. They made the pizza amazing and have been craving it since.

Ok. I ordered from this location as a new resident in Colorado. AFTER ATTEMPTING to place an order at this location I couldn’t reach the merchant. They took my money and hung up in my face each time I called. I actually spent the last of my food budget for the week there. It was the worst experience of my life.

We ordered online at 10am for delivery. Online it said they opened at 10am. Papa johns location didn’t receive our order until an hour and a half later. We got food elsewhere. Still have never been refunded and everything is an 800 number that is hard to reach a real person.

I ordered a pizza waited an hour. Got to the store pizza still not ready then they tell me I have to wait because they got a bigger order. It’s fine. I always get takeout. The staff is always cool over the years, my order is never wrong, etc. But it’s a rough location: There’s always something — either in the parking lot or the bus stop out front. Homeless people screaming, trash everywhere front or back of the building, etc. It’s not really the staff’s fault, so it has to be 5 stars for them.
