DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Covid/Sickness exposure!!! Their phone number online was bringing us to somebody’s personal phone number so I went in to order. After I ordered my food I sat down on the bench that they had. There was an employee sitting next to me at a small table folding boxes for food to go into. He kept coughing and rubbing his face and his hair and touching the boxes. He was visibly sick and miserable! He was not wearing a mask and none of the employees are wearing gloves or washing hands while handling food after handling the cash drawer. I asked the lady if the guy was sick and she said “he has a little tickle in his throat “I asked her again is he sick and she replied “yes that’s why we have him folding boxes.” I told her that he’s coughing all over them and they are going to make a lot of people sick. She said under her breath “Hope you got insurance.” I asked her what did you say and she said she didn’t say anything. I requested my money back. Her name is Shawnda and the other sick guys name is Anthony. I will never go here again!

I keep trying to like papa John’s but this location is too bad at their job to want to do business with again. I ordered in the middle of the day for a 6 pm delivery of six pizzas. At 10 till 6, I had received no notification of delivery coming. I called them 4 times and kept getting hung up on. Finally I called the national number and they transferred me direct. The person said my order was ready but they had no delivery driver at the moment and were waiting for them. 30 minutes later my like warm pizza arrived. One of the pizzas was wrong and I tried to call them direct and through the national number and got hung up on 5 times and never could talk to anyone to correct the issue. They don’t even send their drivers with Parmesan and red pepper so I was SOL on that since I didn’t ask for it beforehand but I can’t talk to anyone to ask for it…. I’m done with papa John’s!

We’ve lived nearby since 2005 and have ordered pizza from this location intermittently for years. We have never had a bad experience! Pizza is always ready when they say it will be, exactly as ordered, with friendly service. We almost always place our order somewhere between 4-6pm. Very happy and will order again!

We Ordered 2 large and chicken wings to be delivered 2 1/2 hours before closing time. Delivery driver called and was at wrong location and had wrong order associated with our phone number. We tried to call store back and got no answer, we tried the number the delivery driver called us from and no answer. We never got our pizza and was charged for it plus the tip.
