If you are going for carry out, the pizza is good and what you would expect from Papa Johns. However, Papa Johns corporate has decided to outsource most of their delivery to DoorDash. This means a guarantee that you will get your pizza late and cold.

The people are friendly and have pretty much been really good the whole time we have been coming here (3 years or so now) but the consistency of the equality of the pizza is a little frustrating. That’s why I gave 3 stars. We like our pizza really cheesy, we will pay for extra cheese but yet when we pick up our pizza there is no extra and even spots missing it.. Definitely need to get everybody together on the consistency and if adding extra cheese and/or the cheese blends are ordered (really any topping) needs to be done. Once that starts happening again I will definitely change and update my review.

I’ve given this place way too many chances. The pizza could very well be good, but delivered it never arrives on time, so it’s always cold and smashed against the lid of the box. Don’t tip before its delivered and if the tracker says 35-45 minutes fully expect 85-95 minutes before its at your door. I try carry-out and get the wrong pizza. Better ingredients, poor preparation and execution. Zero value. Pics added end of 2022.

People are more likely to post a negative review than a good one so I’ll be the rebel and say that this place is awesome. Called my order in for Pick Up and it was ready BEFORE the 15 minutes I was told. There were 4 employees working, 1 said “Hi, Welcome.” Not with a smile but at least I was acknowledged lol. The girl who helped me was super friendly and was like “Your pizza is fresh out!” And it was delish!

I used to really love a certain other franchise pizza chain but a neighbor had a delivery from here a couple of weeks back and my kids were trying to wave at the delivery driver and talk to him, telling us how they wanted pizza, he said he could be back here in 20 minutes and yelled out the phone number to us, and I just figured I would give it a try. He was sweet and I wish I knew his name to tell management because his friendliness was the reason I ordered here instead of my usual pizza place. I’m so glad he did that because we ordered and we were so impressed with our food, we have had it three times this month. My husband loves wings but we have had a hard time finding them cooked all the way, or actually enjoying the sauces, but he’s tried two wing flavors from here and his only complaint is that he can’t choose a larger size of wings because they’re so good. All of our delivery drivers have been really nice, and pretty fast. I thought about writing about our experience because we got our order yesterday and I was eating the leftover garlic knots while my kids weren’t looking and thought you guys deserved the credit. We will be back, maybe before the end of the month!

I found a piece or dirt + a root in my pizza. I ordered extra mushrooms so I guess it would make sense of where it came from but come on. Probably one of the worst things I could find I’m my food. Still gonna order from them and eat the food ♂️ just felt it was necessary to point this out
