i ordered a pizza @8 an hour before they close and i checked on my order due to the fact it had been a whole hour said it was baking everything and it said on the way and it never showed up so disappointing. i tried calling after and no one answered i tired to leave other reviews and it wouldn’t go threw. they could do so much better or at least deliver the pizza.

I ordered Canadian Baco and Pineapple. They gave me Canadian Bacon and Pepperoni. The guy behind the desk said it was pineapple even though it clearly said pepperoni. This was ordered online. Can they even read???? When I went back to complain, they couldn’t find the manager to handle the complaint. It was an awful experience.

I hate doing this, because I love Papa John’s but I just ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust some chicken wings and some garlic bread sticks. When we brought it home and opened up the box I had a box that was empty, or almost empty all they had was just marinara sauce. I’ve been on the phone what does Papa John’s for about 40 minutes when all I keep hearing is that repeated message about the new pepperoni pizza. The food was great, when I first called and order my food was very quickly taken. But I’m trying to fix this and no one’s calling in or answering the phone. If you guys can forgot my garlic bread that’s okay just give me a refund cuz I paid with the debit card. But nobody’s answering I’m extremely disappointed this is my first time visiting Pagosa Springs Colorado
