Ordered a carry out and been waiting in the parking lot for two hours for three papadillas. Ordered a month ago for delivery and I literally never got my order. What a joke, they blame it on employees, but they don’t pay them enough to even care. It’s a dumpster fire of idiocracy in that place. It’s embarrassing to even go inside. Not to mention, this is what I got after 2 and a half hours in the parking lot. A mess of $h!t.

We ordered from this location and I was tracking it all the way. It achieved the status of prepared but sat in that status for 20 minutes. We called and they wouldn’t answer, eventually they picked up the phone but wouldn’t talk and hung up on us. We drove to the location to find out what was happening. When we got there we found out our pizza wasn’t even started yet. The woman behind the counter stated it’s only two of them working and to be patient with them. I didn’t get irritated until she argued with me about the phone calls and how busy they were. They were busy but all we needed was a phone answered and some explanation given. She never apologized, I cancelled my order and and for a refund. I requested the manager’s name and she stated that she was the manager. I asked for the general manager’s name and she told me his first name but claimed to not know his last name. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Terrible service, no care for the customer.

Last 3 times I got food from there, the food was awful. Asked for light sauce and well done. They added extra sauce and food was luke warm. Ordered carry out 2x and delivery the most recent time. May 9, May 26, June 11. Ordered the food through their app all times. One carry out I ordered ahead to be picked up at a specific time, still ended up waiting 20 min to get my pickup order. Debating on giving them anymore chances.

I ordered a couple pizzas to accompany a movie night with my wife. Got an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation about ten mins after (It was 850 pm so it was nowhere near closing time). I called in to see what happened and got put on hold by employee for 15+ minutes. I Hung up and called back because I figured I was forgotten. Nobody answered that second time or the 5+ times after. Very frustrating experience and now it’s too late to order from somewhere else

Walked in and waited more than an hour for a 20 minute quoted wait time in store. Multiple people in here waiting. Attitudes of the employees are terrible. Some customers have waited more than two hours and still don’t have pizzas. What a joke of a papa John’s. This locations NEEDS new management.

Normally not a bad restaurant but I usually tend to do pickup instead of delivery. Waiting on an order that the track function says is in making when the food itself was expected a half hour before. Good thing you pay extra for delivery and tips.
