Papa Johns already has the best pizza BY FAR and this location just makes it even better. They are always so quick to get my order finished and the staff is always very friendly especially the night manager Sam, she needs a raise for how great of work she does. My pizza is always done in a timely manner and tastes great.

Papa John’s makes good pizza. I’ve eaten a lot of it, but this location doesn’t seem to put much effort into their pizzas. They often miss sauces and on our latest order they barely put enough cheese on and the pizza was burnt and sloppy. We payed extra to “papa size” the pizza and it looked like they just added more dough and not anything else.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They had a technical error which told them to make the wrong kind of Pizza for us, instead of throwing it away when they made the mistake, they just gave the Pizza to us free. This is also the best pizza in Rexburg hands down. We love Papa John’s of Rexburg. They rock!!

I like Papa Johns in general and this one’s pizza is fine but just a heads up to anyone that cares, no contact is a lie. If you order delivery and select no contact they’ll ignore it and if you don’t answer the door they’ll just…take your pizza back. Whether or not I’ll get my money back is still pending.

Honestly, wasn’t too happy about my experience here. Granted I was in a rush but other than that it was honestly kind of ridiculous. The small pizza that I got ended up being over $20 and the wait for it was over 30 mins long.

Came in and asked what their soy free options were. She simply said she didn’t know. I asked if she had an allergen menu and she said they didn’t have one. This is incredibly problematic considering that allergies can be a life threatening issue. I ended up leaving with the complete lack of awareness. Very disappointing as I love Papa Johns but my husband has a soy allergy.
