I was required to select a star. This location does not deserve any stars. When I ordered our food it said it was 40-50 mins before it would be delivered. An hour later, we got a text saying it was delayed and they would let us know when it’s on its way. I called the location after 1.5 hrs and they said that all of their orders are delayed 60 mins even though I ordered before that. When the food was finally delivered, it was very cold, indicating that the order was not delayed but forgotten about after it was made. The food was disgusting and hardly cut at all. We had to rip it apart. I don’t know if they have new people working there that do not know how to do their job or what. This is so disappointing. I wasted my money because we can’t even finish the food because it is so cold and gross.

The pizza was very late being deliver, over an hour and a half wait. The pizza was also undercooked, literally just raw dough. All items were cold. The soda I ordered was incorrect. I tried eating some if the pizza picking around the raw parts, and it’s just gross. It tastes awful. Thanks for ripping me off, Papa John’s.

Ordered delivery, which was over 30 minutes late. Food was cold when it got here and just tasted VERY bland. Very over priced for what it is as well. We did 4 items from the 6.99 menu and I can honestly say you get way better quality from Domino’s 6.99 menu. I feel very cheated out of $40 for skimpy, bland food

Terrible service. Michelle the General Mgr in Caldwell refused to correct my order, pick up the food and told me I needed to bring it in myself even though I had it delivered. I took the order back $178 worth of pizza, drinks and dessert. No credit and no offer to resolve. She said “ I made your order and it’s perfectly fine”. Don’t go and don’t use this store if you want good customer service.

The manager at Papa John’s was very disrespectful to me. I ordered food from here and they sent out the wrong order. I got someone else’s pizza and however I talked she was really rude. I think her name was Michelle or something like that. But I will never come back to this place. I felt disrespected and for being a place with “great customer service” they lack that and the manager needs to be talked to about her behavior. I might come back if things in prove.
