The food was great but the driver truly is amazing! He left two dog biscuits on top of the pizza boxes for my dogs and I thought that had to be the most wholesome driver I’ve ever seen! Didn’t catch his name but you’re compassionate heart is appreciated!

We usually love papa johns! They always have good food and amazing breadsticks! But tonight it was far from that our food took over an hour to get to us, the pizza was cold and paper thin, our breadsticks were burnt and soggy and cold. When I called the store they were very rude and acted like it was no big deal….i know times are rough right now and staffing in most places is a nightmare! It gonna be hard for me to come back if they don’t change their attitudes, and food quality.

This is the last time I will be ordering from Papa John’s. The delivery fee has gotten ridiculous. Between the delivery fee and the tip it’s an extra $12 to get a pizza delivered. You aren’t a dine-in restaurant passing a delivery fee on to the customer is just a way to charge more. $2.99 was bad enough $4.99 is too much.

April 20th 2023 8:15pm Horrible experience.. I got there to pick up my stuff, paid walked out and noticed my large cheese pizza was missing…okay not a big deal .. so I told them that I was missing it and no one wanted to do anything about it even though I gave them the coupon and paid. Mind you there was 3 employees there.. thankfully a fourth walked up named Taylor!!! He fixed everything for me, no question asked AND super polite…and even put my stuff on the warmers while he made it… Then after my cheese pizza was done and I went to get my other pizza and bread sticks ect..MY OTHER PIZZA WAS MISSING!!! NO JOKE LIKE OBVIOUSLY PIZZA HAS LEGS AND WALKED Away…of course no one cared and I even got blamed for having it!!!(not by Taylor) some other kid!! Hahah I took Taylor to my car even though he said no I believe you!! guess what ..NO PIZZA!! of course Taylor took the time to figure out where it went..it never showed up but he did make me a new one….I WOULD NORMALLY GIVE THIS A BAD REVIEW BUT TAYLOR KID… You rock at your job and you are an awesome human being!! Always ask for Taylor!! He’s awesome! Thank you so much!! You were definitely raised right!!!

Everyone was nice but the pizza was over done and the oreo pull apart pastries were crunchy and brown, sweet rolls should not be burned and crunchy. I was so disappointed, usually I like Papa John’s, big waste of money.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location. I thought the issues were a fluke the first time, but it’s a continuous problem. The middle of the pizza is not cooked. The dough is chewy and gummy. The crust is done, but the middle is incredibly disappointing. It also took twice as long to get my pizza than estimated and I live relatively close to this location. I usually love Papa John’s and this location makes me want to stop buying from them altogether.
