2nd time ordering from this location this week both times ordered cheese bread and it’s more like bread with butter on it no no cheese if there was an option to add extra cheese I would do that by 2x I’ve noticed In the last couple of years they’ve cut their toppings back to almost nothing But the CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY It’s been great they just need to add more options for extra toppings or re adjust to having more toppings again Any time I have issues they will take care of them either by remaking and sending or crediting.

My first time at Papa John’s. And it was really good. Went over very well ( we celebrated Pi day with pizza and pie). The cheese sticks were amazing. And I absolutely love the garlic butter sauce. Meatball & pepperoni is my husband’s new favorite.

If I could give a negative star I would. It has been a few weeks and I was waiting to write my review to see the outcome. I order lunch for our company employees each week. I called in advance to let them know it was a larger order and needed by 11:30 am. (Plenty of notice) Not only was the order incorrect, when I tried to submit the purchase points for rewards neither the manager OR online assistance would take care of it. It’s unfortunate, because we order from local eateries every week. If it is good you will get several of our orders. Mind you, these orders typically are over $250. On a weekday that is probably the biggest sale of that weekday for most establishments. Well Papa John’s we will be using other options for pizza in our area. Believe me, there is not a shortage of them so I’m sure another pizza business would appreciate ours and if incorrect, try to make it right.

Delicious food, delivered on time, driver was extremely friendly and professional, and the one time that I did have any problems with an order, it took one phone call to replace the pizza AND get credit for a free pizza the next time we ordered. That kind of customer service cannot be taught; it must be an integral part of the company’s operations. Everything put together, and you have customers for life.
