4 large pizzas delivered. I ordered online direct from Papa John’s. Order arrived an hour and a half after ordering, the email said expect it in about 40 minutes. Pizza was barely warm, we had to reheat to eat. DoorDash delivered the order even though I didn’t order through DoorDash. Pick up your orders from here, the pizza is good. Just don’t order delivery and have any expectations.

I got a 14″ custom pizza with extra sauce, green peppers, onion, pepperoni and spicy sausage and let me tell you how amazing the flavor was. It was absolutely delicious and gourmet. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY, cut properly and there were equal amounts of toppings on each slice. The toppings and sauce were delicious. The crust was cooked to perfection. We generally like Papa Johns, but this particular franchise location has terrible customer service. Orders take much longer to prepare than the expected turn-around time. My app expected the order should be ready in 30-45 minutes. I showed up 60 minutes later to pick up my delivery and I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes with no apologies. Also, from an employee’s grubby & rude school age child working there, to employees with long, loose hair and beards, no hair nets, I don’t feel this is the cleanest restaurant. I try to be understanding with things but I have had this experience with previous orders from this location.This Papa Johns needs to get it together. For future pizza orders we will be going with local competitors.

I love the pizza but since they use DoorDash to deliver you don’t get notified when they drop the pizza on the porch so it sits out and gets cold. Today I even left a note in the door asking them to knock….nope!! Pizza sat in below freezing weather for who knows how long before I checked. Cold pizza on New Years is not what I was planning for!
