So to give this context I am an over the road truck driver that just so happened to get into Ogden right as all the truck stops are filling up. So I’m out of time and finding a legal safe haven is not always easy and one that has food , drinks and facilities is even harder. That being said I thought this time around I might just order a pizza ,not all places cater to truck drivers so I was really appreciative that this place was willing to deliver to me cause otherwise I’m not eating. I’m a good clip from a store but in a vehicle about 4 miles from this location so 10 minute drive. Anyway I call up explain my situation and the young man on the other end of the phone said it was no problem he took my order and proceeded to tell me that it was going to be an hour and it should be right out. An hour does seem like a while but I figured a walk would be at least that and it’s Sunday so ok no problem I thanked them and waited on my order. An hour or so goes by and a young guy 18 or so shows up and gives me my pizza he’s in such a hurry he almost left without giving me the receipt to sign or anything when I said something he finally produced one it came off to me that he had something to do with it although I can’t prove that it seemed to me he was In a hurry because he didn’t want to stick around for when I noticed his and his buddies handy work and to think I even left the boy a tip and a pretty modest one considering he only had to drive four miles. So ok I get my pizza i open the box getting ready to eat and this is what I see first off I ordered one extra garlic sauce which is there as you can see it’s just seems to have been placed and smashed into the center despite there being plenty of room in the other three corners of the box And secondly I ordered three extra peppers which I didn’t get and instead as you can see I got one and another one that looks like it’s been chewed on. Now I’m definitely not the kinda guy to complain about food and even less than that to leave a review on yelp or whatever this is I don’t know if you can see my reviews but It’s not my thing . This was such a messed up thing for no reason at all and it was really hard not to take it personal not to mention unsanitary especially given we are still in the middle of a virus pandemic! But all that aside I’m a paying customer! Right ? My point is this came across very intentional and malicious. Why would someone want to eat something that looks like that after paying almost 20$ for it and getting handed a pizza with a built in garlic cup coaster and partially chewed pepper husk in spite of there order. I will say that the manager whom’s name I can’t recall did replace my order after I called in understandably upset as it would be evident that even when all was said and done it would turn out being over two hours of my precious 10 hour break before receiving a product I ordered in a state I would be comfortable with skepticism to eat. You derive your own conclusions to this review I will however not be a returning customer to this facility for here on out.

Spencer, who works at this location, provided great service. I had an order mix-up with another person at my work location, and Spencer was able to solve the issue quickly and got my large lunch order ready and delivered within 30 minutes when I was tight on time. Thanks Spencer.

I placed an order went and picked it up and when i got home it was the wrong order ♀️ needless to say i was crushed i called them and they fixed my entire order and delivered it to me. We ordered pizza, and they asked for a tip upfront. Then deliver it to our back porch without even knocking. It was supposed to be delivered 10 min ago. I’m not sure when they delivered it but it’s not even warm. Horrible customer service!

Super disappointed. The last time I got delivery was November 2021 and my order was delivered much later than expected and my food was cold. I decided to try again tonight, August 2022 and the same thing happened. I will not be ordering again. Marco’s is much faster and the food is actually hot. The Roy store needs to improve their business practices.
