Extremely disappointed in the service tonight. Usually everything is fine when we order, but we were missing some sauce, simple mistake. So we called and pressed the option to speak to a real person about the issue and he acted as if we were the ones that forgot it and wouldn’t provide any sort of solution. He was extremely short and rude with us. We decided the sauce wasn’t worth the fight. Next time though I’d hope for better over something so small.

Great customer service! We placed an order for a specific pick up time and noticed it was made a lot earlier than we expected. I called and explained it to the manager and she said it did not come through for a specific pick up time. I went back through to re-order on the website and realized I may not have clicked “Save” on the pre-order pick up time. She offered to remake them rather than us picking up pizza that had been sitting their for almost 2 hours. Great customer service!

This is at least the second time we have arrived to pick up our “ready” order only to find out they have had a mishap of some sort and have to remake things. However, after a wait, it seems only one had to be remade, and the others sat there getting cold. And then, when we got home, we found that one papadia was completely the wrong thing, even though the box was labeled correctly.

I love the chicken poppers but everytime I order there’s barely any sauce. It’s just drizzled over the top so some pieces have and others don’t. It would be nice if they were evenly coated. Pizzas good too
