The fact it took 4 times to call you to let you know of a MAJOR error in a pizza my family had ordered is ridiculous. Your team member who answered was rude and very disrespectful. You put crushed red pepper on our pizza and it burned my family’s mouths. You do NOT EVER say “not my problem” when you are in fact the reason it happened. You are one that makes the pizzas so how could it not be your fault or problem?! This will be reported to corporate and the BBB.

Rude customer service. I waited 3 hours for pizza that he lied and said was picked up on July 16 he ended up sending a driver and the pizza was cold and hard like it sat for hours. I gave them another chance and it was fine but today July23,2023 10:44 the MOD cutting me off telling me he has no order telling me I can order again. Why would I order another 40$ order refund me my money or send me my food. Livid isn’t the word. Do not eat here they steal money and/or food.

I got the confirmation that my order was ready for pick up at 8:13pm. I showed up at the store 10mins later to pick up my order and it’s not even boxed yet. Ok, no big deal. As the girl is boxing my pizza, she asks the other guy where my NY XL pizza is. Turns out they never made it. Now I’m standing here and have to wait another 15 mins for them to cook it, while my other pizza is sitting there getting cold. The entire time the guy at the register is complaining about how swamped they are and there’s too many orders at once. I won’t ever order from here again.

I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks at 6:09 pm and received them by delivery ay 7:29 pm cold to where it had to be microwaved. I called Papa John’s in Rose Park and the Manager wanted to argue with me about the temp of the food. Dude? Really. BUT I have ordered Papa John’s for over 6 years and never had this issue. It took an employee to get a ride from Uber to bring me cold food. Bad

I haven’t ordered delivery in awhile.. that being said I will NEVER order delivery or carry out at this location ever again! I waited an hour and a half for my food and we called them and said wait another 15 minutes, my order said it had been delivered.. it had not.. we called AGAIN after another 30 minutes. The guy over the phone said “oh it’s here in a bag, waiting to be picked up” Um what?! I told them to refund me my delivery fee and tip. He became rude and sad that would be a hassle. So I told him to cancel it because I would just pick it up. They didn’t offer to remake it or offer anything at all. So I got there and there was my COLD pizza!! What a mess of a location.

Papa Johns’ always has the best pizza, subjective of course. but what’s more, this location has incredible service. Always so kind and helpful, they give you plates and napkins and they seem very genuine to help. You’d think that’s to be expected but most places do not seem to have the same level of helpfulness strangely enough, so I consider that above and beyond service.

If I can give a negative star review, I would. Got my food stolen because the genius of a driver decided to leave the food on the floor, no knock, proceed to take a picture of the front door!!!!! Then leaves. Never once notifying me that my food was there. I mean I’m sure making the pizza isn’t all that easy, I’ve worked in kitchens before but the delivery?! The simple notification of a knock?! The genius driver couldn’t even get that right. Definitely not wasting my time or energy on ordering this trash pizza anymore
