This location absolutely nailed it when it came to customer service today! I ordered two pizzas, one of the pizzas I requested no onions. When the pizzas arrived everything was cooked to my request (well done) and the amount of cheese I requested was spot on. However, on one of the pizzas there was onions. I cannot stand onions buuuut, I am absolutely not the type to return food items, berate the workers, or demand some kind of compensation for an honest mistake. I resolved myself to just enjoy the pizza with the onions. As it was cooked perfectly, and I could just pick the onions off.

Normally I have good service when I show up to the facility. The one time I place a delivery order they tell me 40 minutes on the phone, which is normal. One hour goes by so I call to check on my order, all the options except for the one are unavailable, so I try them all until I find one that doesn’t immediately end the call and finally puts me in contact with a customer representative, finally get someone on the phone, and then I get told, ” oh, your order will be there in 30 minutes”. Terrible service, I will not be ordering from here for a while!!

Ordered online and my order was canceled without being notified. When I called to ask why I was told they canceled my whole order because they were out of the cheese for the stuffed crust. When I asked if they could reinstate the order and just make it without the stuffed crust they told me it would take two hours. I said that would be fine and the person on the phone angrily said “OK good luck!” And hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I wish I remembered his name. I know he is a delivery driver and he has red hair. I go in to pick up an order. He is tagging boxes, getting stuff ready, making boxes I wait for him to finish ask if he can help me and he says no let me find someone else for you. Goes outside to his papa johns delivery vehicle comes back inside and ignores me when I tell him my order is right there comes back out and says again let me find you someone. Again I say my order is right there. Still no help!!!!.

I have a lot of reward points to use so I’ve ordered them a few times lately. It seems they always forget something. First time I ordered they forgot the peppers on the pizza. Second time they didn’t give me the side yellow peppers or a garlic dipping cup. I also had to get out my own pizza cutter to finish the cutting tonight. That’s a problem with every pizza company though, ( how is this so hard???) Pretty decent food if they can get things right. The delivery tracker was right on time. Did you know that you can pay an extra $3 to prioritize your order? It was an option when I ordered. What a joke. How many orders are pushed ahead of my order because I won’t pay the extra money? I ordered 1 medium pizza and chicken and it cost almost $30 before tip. So they want another $3 to prioritize my order. It costs a fortune to order pizza these days.

The most greasy pizza I’ve ever had. The grease left a stain on my front porch cement where it was dropped off. It was missing part of the delivery. Tried to call the store. No answer for several tries. Had to drive down to fix the order which defeats the purpose of paying for delivery.

Cancelled order, made no effort to contact. When we called them they stated it was due to them being out of stuffed crust. Asked if we could have the order placed without it, got told “Good luck” and they hung up on us. Totally unacceptable

I order Papa Johns about once a week. I just recently move and attempted my second order from this location near my new home. First time two of the three things ordered were burnt. This second time I had another bunt one and another with a HAIR embedded into the pizza!!! Called the location and the manager wanted to know the color and length of the hair. Then told me that nobody fits that hair??? Wow!!! I guess it’s time to take my business to another pizza franchise
