I ordered a large pizza well done, garlic knots, jalapeno bites and drinks for the no contact delivery. Delivery was close to being on schedule. I opened the door my boxes were left directly on the ground without the advertised buffer and drinks were missing. I took the boxes inside and noticed all 3 were missing the garunteed “seal”. I opened the boxes to find none of my sauces were correct my pizza was not cooked to order and my garlic knots looked half empty. Wow I guess at least they got the topping right. I consider this a 100% fail if you couldn’t get the 4 things I purchased right. I called the store immediately and I know it was close to closing time when I called the store but no one picked up. Really disappointed guys. Looks like I’ll be only ording from the location by my place. You really ruined an evening at my families.

These guys are amazing they are shirt staffed so they use doordash for help for some reason I was double charged and door dash picked up my order and then canceled right after they caught what happened called me and sent another pizza super fast then reimbursed my money back very friendly and helpful and on top of things to catch this mistake made by door dash they were not at all at fault but still made things right I recommend this location to all my friends

So I ordered food from them yesterday picked it up got home we discovered that food was burnt! Called to complain they wand us to bring it back. we didn’t want to drive back over there. They say they would refund the money, but it would take a few days before it was back on card. Not sure we will be ordering from this location again!

I was about to enter and employee that was vaping blew the smoke toward my face. I entered and the employees didn’t acknowledged us so I went to my car and ordered online and I waited and then picked it up and when I went home it was burnt and didn’t really taste all that well. Pretty bad experience.

Awful delivery service, they are short on drivers and will send your food via doordash without any heads up. Papa John’s is then unable to track the order or contact the driver. Unfortunately had to cancel our order as the driver didn’t speak English and we were unable to communicate.

We placed our order about 10 minutes after five. We were told it would take 40 to 50 minutes. At 6:30 PM I called the store and talked to the assistant manager Bree asking if we were going to get our pizza. She put me on hold for a while and came back and said ours would be the next one to come out. When I asked who the manager was she said she was an assistant manager, said that a guy named Brian was the manager and hung up on me. At 7:07 PM the delivery guy rang the bell at our house and handed me a very cold pizza. The timestamp on the pizza box was 5:20 PM One hour and 47 minutes from the time the order was taken when it was delivered. Papa Johns at its best! If they were having problems with delivery people I would’ve been happy to go pick it up Terrible service. I should have looked at the reviews online before we ordered. It looks like I am one of many Unsatisfied customers. Now I’m just trying to keep someone else from doing the same mistake.

I ordered a pizza this morning online and we thought there was an issue. They refunded my order and sent us another pizza. Soon afterwards we figured out that the error was on our end so we called back to let them know but they still insisted on sending the pizza and refunding the card. They were so kind and generous about it all.
