Without a doubt I was given a re-heated pizza and a bad customer service experience on top… after I called to let them know that my pizza was razor thin and ice-cold. For one am buying the pizza am not asking you to gift it to me or give it to me for free, am paying for a service all I expect back is my order to be a hot pizza. How unfortunate for a business such as Papa Johns to have employees mal treat your customers when they are the ones that keep you in business. I called them to let them know what was going on at 11:11 pm and he didn’t want to give me his name and argued that the pizza was given to me hot and started saying “oh you want a free pizza” and said “we can’t because we’re closed”. Am so very disappointed and on top he then hung up the call. If there was .05 stars in here I would press that option not even a whole star for sure.

Absolutely RUDE on the phone!!! A man answered the phone by saying “delivery time is over an hour, how can I help you”… so I asked “how long for carry out”? Hidden Side and sounded very irritated and said that was only available for 20 more minutes. I informed him I could be there in five they were that close at which point he RUDELY said “what do you want”. I started to order but the music was so loud in the background he could not hear me so he yelled “hold on” and put me on hold so he could turn down the music. When he got back on the phone he was clearly irritated by my order and asked what toppings in a very rude voice so I just let him go and ordered from their competitor!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

When we opened our pizza that we brought home for dinner tonight we found a black short curly hair! WE immediately called the store to be put on hold for over 5 minutes to have Bret get on the line and refuse to give us a refund. We come to this location all the time and are loyal customers. Bret treated my husband like garbage, didn’t care that there was hair in the food, and I’m sure we can all guess where that hair came from, and he was willing to lose a customer. This was the worst show of management style or customer service that I have ever seen. So long Papa Johns. You need to up your customer service game and get some real management into your store.

The most expensive 14 inch pizza i have ever had, and very stingy with the toppings, maybe 1 item per each piece if even that! Oh and the side of garlic butter and pepperchine was 1 of each! How pathetic!

Disgusting sanitary practices, pizza had four separate black hairs baked into the cheese and when returning to the store no employees wore hair nets despite some radical hair styles.

This location does an excellent job. I used to live near it. After I moved I started ordering from a different location and was very disappointed in the quality of the pizza. So tonight I drove across town to order from this location again. I’m so glad I did.

Had the worst pizza experience ever. Customer service was terrible online ordering was horrible, I was hung up on when I called back. The quality of pizza was 5 dollar at best but was charged $20.00 per pizza. I will never be back to this place
