Ordered online. Supposed to be contact-less delivery but they had me sign the receipt and handed the boxes over. Got the bbq chicken pizza and the cinnamon pull apart dessert. Both were very good. Delivery was fast enough it was still very warm. The crust of the pizza is amazing! Very happy with my order quality and the relatively easy online ordering.

The new GM is amazing, even when they are short staffed he always has an amazing attitude and is very helpful! I work next door, and I eat there often because it’s such a nice experience! Their papadias are great, and the pizza is always great too! The garlic parmesan bread sticks are fantastic! Can’t say enough good things

I love papa John’s pizza. The Cedar City location does the best at not only making great pizza but listening to their customers. I had a not so great experience and they were quick to contact me and help make it right. Wonderful customer service. My memories of Papa John’s are that it’s delicious, but costs more. Haven’t had it in years, so we decided to splurge (with a coupon). Unfortunately, it was not very good. It just didn’t really have any flavor. It wasn’t any better than Domino’s or Papa Murphy’s. Neither of which is very good in my opinion. Too bad.

Ordered a small cheese pizza tonight with some added peppers and got a call saying it would be delayed, which it wasn’t. I felt like I waited no extra time! The delivery driver was charming and so was the person who made the call (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) but I got my pizza and it was actually upgraded to a medium for my “understanding” which was actually super sweet! I’ve honestly just been getting over a cold and the most concerning symptom from it was my complete lack of appetite. I’ve been eating nothing but baby food and applesauce for about 6 days now. At 11pm I suddenly got this rawring hunger for some good pizza and I definitely didn’t want Dominos. Thanks Papa John’s for surprising me!
