We ordered two pizzas for carry out on the app, our order said it was ready so we went and had to wait 15 additional minutes. The boxes had my name on it so we didn’t check them. We got home and none of the pizzas were ours. I called the “manager” and he apologized and asked if I wanted the right pizza delivered, which I said would be great. He then told me he would have to charge me the delivery fee…. They wanted to charge me for their error. I said no I would come get them , and it took them over an hour to remake them.

We ordered our pizza in between 11:25 and 11:30 estimated time of arrival was before midnight and the tracker slowly postponed that delivery time. When our doordash driver showed up at 12:06 a.m. This means that for 35 to 40 minutes Papa John’s and the staff in Washington never intended on fulfilling my order. I could have made the decision to order from someplace else. That other place happened to be Domino’s.

The lady there was very rude and unprofessional! Totally ignore me while I was just trying to pick up my order. She was too busy organizing pizza box! Terrible customer service! Pizza was doughy and topping falls off when you pick it up to eat! We used a fork n knife to eat. I also included the picture of the hot pepper that comes with the pizza! Totally unacceptable!
