This is one of the worst places to order from. They have no kind of customer service here I have literally walked in and have had the manager just look at me without saying word or offer to help. They’re extremely rude and unprofessional here. Good pizza bad service it’s honestly better to go out of your way and go to a different location. They’ve been like this for years.

I think something has changed with their dough, the last few times it has been so thin and difficult to eat, almost like cardboard. The meat and sauce just slides off the pizza because it’s SO thin. I have never had a bad experience at papa johns until this year. It’s kinda sad because I have been getting pizza here for more than a decade.

One of the worst pizzas we’ve ever had, all the meat large was dry and almost toppingless compared to other locations. Cookie was burnt and the Doritos papadilla was half cooked. Forget this location. I will definitely avoid in the future. Boooooo!!!!!!!!

Picked up the thin crust pizza, when I got home I noticed that the pizza was burnt all the way around on the edges and the cheese was not melty it looked like there was hardly any on there and the cheese was kind of like dried so that affected the taste of the pizza. What’s very disappointed.

Awesome delivery person NIKKI…BUT the order was incorrect and the quality of the new item. “Warm,melting- Papadia perfection” =saddness… one piece of ham and bacon and a count of 4pieces of peppers.But that none order BBQ SAUCE was ragging on that pizza crust with a whole party by it’s self. No guarantees whe. No one answers the phone for issues with your order,they only take new ones to mess up. Disappointment

Went in tonight was a little sad the new general manager wasn’t there she’s always a fresh breath of air store seems to have some good change. She definitely knows what customer service is. When they did make a mistake last week I was advised due to busy night short staffed she was quick to step in and make things right going above and beyond! Wish I got her name but she’s awesome pizzas always great!!! Great work papa John’s!!!

Placed pizza order at 10am for a 6pm pick up .. I arrive at 6:10 pm and was told it’s not ready yet just got placed in oven and can not be told how much longer .. im sure doesn’t take this long to make a pizza .. at least tell me the order was missed or forgotten but didn’t seem like anyone cared.. I get it Valentine’s Day gets hectic but at least let me know it’ll be delayed when I had placed order in the first place . I left super annoyed

Instead of being able to have the ease and convenience of ordering a pizza after I worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and my husband a 14 hour shift, all we got was a massive headache. When you order pizza you expect an employee from where you’re ordering to deliver the food. That is NOT what this franchise owner decided to do. Instead of hiring staff to deliver food they outsource it. Our food wasn’t delivered and they told us that they couldn’t do anything about it, it’s out of their hands. When we asked to get refunded for the delivery fee and tip, for a pizza that was never delivered, they said we would need to dispute it with the company they outsourced with. They remade our order and we had to pick it up ourselves. I am absolutely appalled at this place and will never go here again. I’ll be sure to tell my friends, family, and coworkers about this ridiculous experience.
