If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. The young little fat white girl that took my order should not be dealing with the public. I went in and ordered a pizza she was so rude and said it would be ready in 20 min or longer so I asked if I should come back in a half hour or an hour. She said again 20 min or longer. I went back home and returned 25 min later walked in no greeting and no info on the status of my pizza. I stood there for another 10 min finally she drops the pizza on the counter with the lid half open. The young fat white girl says veggie. I went to grab it and told her that she didn’t have to be so rude she walked away and said she didn’t care. If you don’t like your job then quit. As I was waiting I spotted a dead fly by the food prep counter. I should of asked for a refund, Never agian.

Disappointed that they are using Doordash to deliver. I paid the 5+ dollar delivery fee and tipped 15%. I’d bet they don’t pass that extra on to doordash as the order wasn’t delivered for 90 minutes and doordash doesn’t have pizza bags so obviously it’s lukewarm. They need to add an option to cancel the order or modify the tip if they don’t have the employees to deliver themselves. I understand you have to bribe doordash drivers, so at least I could up the tip to get it before it’s cold.

I’m really not sure what all the negative reviews are for. We have ordered from this location at least 4 times now, and our pizzas have been AMAZING. We have taken advantage of the current $11 cheeseburger pizza special a few times and it is to die for. I’ve attached two pictures of two separate pizza orders. They both look perfect and were made exactly the same. They were both extremely hot and fresh out of the oven when we picked them up. Absolutely no complaints, and we rarely have leftovers because we devour these as soon as we get home.

This Papa John’s is my go to pizza place when it comes to big name pizza joints. I’ve came across a man who I believe is the owner and everytime he has been helpful and courteous to me. I also am never disappointed in when I go pick my order up it’s always fresh and just as good if not better than what you expect, this location has been my go to spot for the past 4 years or so, thank you Papa Johns of East Mesa!

Got 3 pizzas. The x-large was the same size as the large, the dough wasn’t stretched out enough so both non thin crust pizzas were very thick&dense. I always order pizzas well done so I’m not picky if It’s a bit overdone, but these pizzas were burnt to hell, well beyond well done. I tried my best to eat it, had to stop. Man that was really bad pizza.

Pre-made pizza tasted like cardboard, ordered and paid for extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. I’m not sure if they microwave it or put it in the oven for 10- 15 minutes. I’ve had better cheep pizzas from the grocery store. Ordered the works what a joke, but the joke was on me. Never again!!!!

Ordered an extra large pizza and I got a large pizza. Small slices! Now they have me on hold, and the manager is no where to be found! I drove to the store, and was still on hold. I approached the manager, and he had the nerve to look me straight into my eyes and say that other stores make their pizza slices larger, however his is the correct size. Didn’t reimburse me nor gave me an extra large. Go somewhere else. Not worth buying from here! Yes the store on 7102 E baseline Rd, Mesa AZ 85208
